I usually rarely have any problems when I stay here and I can't count how many times even on two hand how many times I stayed here and everything has been good there was nothing I haven't likes but the only thing this time we stayed a room 209 and the shower was making this loud annoying sound that I could not stand while showering

I like the people and the way it's set up I always choose to stay here any time I just need a brake from the kids or a date night out on the town I live in portclinton so I know a lot about it and the places but this is my go to hotel the prices are good and the rooms come with high quality

No indication that they raised the price for pets per day or I would’ve gone elsewhere. No longer allowed to leave your pet when you go somewhere. Huge inconvenience when I have 2 medium sized dogs, one gets crated. And what about in the Summer when it’s hot? Or in the Winter? My dogs will not stay in a overheating car or freezing car.

We did not get the room that we reserved. we had 4 people with only 1 bed. Our reservation said king bed with sofa bed. there was no sofa bed. Kids had to sleep on the floor.

Where do I start? We got married on July 7, 2023. The whole point in staying 3 nights. At check in, three different prices per night because of weekend nights. Room was not clean. Carpet was disgusting. The bottom of our feet were black. Very disturbing to see black foot prints in the tub while showering. We didn’t leave the room without shoes, the disgusting carpet is unacceptable. Red spots on the wall in the bathroom. Room phone didn’t work. TV didn’t work. No picture on over half the channels. Room above us stomped all hours of the night. Room to the right of us, were partying late into the night. Couldn’t use the phone in room. Had to walk to the front desk to complain. Front desk attendant acted like it was no big with the phone not working nor the noise complaints. We were told that the maintenance man comes in on Monday. Bathroom sink was dirty. “Whirlpool “ tub didn’t drain. I had to clean the yuck out of the drain myself. Advertised with a hot tub in room. Definitely false advertising! I don’t think that a complete refund is out of the question. $539 was not worth paying for this room. This was my honeymoon. We want to spend our one year anniversary in Port Clinton. Depending on how you handle this situation depends on where we stay next year and recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Quality Inns’ are always top if my list when choosing hotel stays.

The location was good but the food selection poor. It was a Saturday morning & there were no eggs or meat choices.

The outside door to the interior was not working. Our interior door to our room had to be double checked to make sure it latched. There was mildew in the upper corner of the shower. The bathroom door still had the sticker on the side and was not painted. A pair of underwear was found in a dresser drawer making one wonder if the room had been thoroughly cleaned.

The breakfast was fine. We had sufficient choices.

I couldn’t open my window. Around the window seal was dirty. Pool looked dirty. Most of the side doors were broke. Always it was debris around and under the stairs. Like appliances that don’t work anymore.

the grounds were unkept as well as the deck and pool. the beds should be queen sized for more comfort and updating of carpet and paint.

Hair in shower from previous guest. Area around the motel was dirty.

Poor quality food very little variety. Sausage was cooked till black and cold. The last day was boiled eggs. They were cooked so hard you could hardly cut them.

Cleanliness - In general the place didn’t feel clean. Stains on the carpet, no shower curtain, dirty toilet and one of the sheets had a stain.

Good Location - It was a short commute to East Harbor State Park and Catawba Island.
