We booked for 4 days and the mattress in the room was deformed and no matter how we adjusted our sleeping position, we couldn't adapt to the awful mattress. They told us that we couldn't change rooms and someone would come to repair it...but in fact, no one cared about you.

The Roaches were quite bold. You would think they paid to be there. Uncomfortable beds, lack of decent furnishings, leaky kitchen faucet, short and uncomfortable to use low toilets and did I mention the roaches.

Close to family, shopping and restaurants.

I left my room at 11:02am RHONDA who was working at the front puts in the computer I left my room at 11:23am “claiming the cameras shows that”. That’s impossible because I was in the front lobby at 11:09am letting her know I locked my keys in the room. Then she LIED and put in the system I checked out at 11:53am.. it’s now 12:06pm and I’m currently in Daytona, how did I get to Daytona in 7 minutes?? RHONDA there’s no need for what your doing the customer service was great until you clocked in with your bad attitude. Whatever you have going on at home leave it there!!! To LIE on someone about something so petty shows your character, that’s why I decided not to waste ANY energy on you. Would be a waste of time. So go ahead over charge me and will pay for now BUT GOD….,,.,,,

The people in the office were nice but the cleaning people weren't so friendly. I've stayed there a few times and I don't like that there's always roaches in the units but because of the location that's why I put up with it.

I like the location and that it has security at night.

Looked pretty dirty outside...looked pretty bummy.elevator nasty dirty ..roaches in the room !!! Kids throwing football in parking lot ,riding bikes and scooters..I believe children should do outdoor activities but the parking lot just doesn't seem safe for that..

only elevator was located extremely far from our room. I had a family member in a wheelchair which made life really difficult.

staff were incredibly nice, location was great, and room fit our needs.

It was quiet, otherwise, not much.

Not much. It could have been worse. We were lucky because the rooms were clean. But they seem really beaten up. You have to wonder who stays there. Honestly, I didn't realize it was 2 stars only. Big mistake on my part as I've never stayed at a 2 star property ever.

Staff not very friendly or helpful. Made you feel like you were a bother to them. No overnight staff incase of emergencies. Office supposed to open at 7. Staff didn't show up until 7:40. Shower had little pressure. Cigarette burn holes in blanket. Two flat pillows total for two people. Room and walls were dirty. Ac ran great but loud. Can tell it's a long term home for people with the trash and what not all over stairs n walkway.. they charged me 3.5 times the deposit. Was supposed to be 50$ and ended up charging me 180$ deposit..Overall not worth the 110$ we paid for a night..

Everything else was disappointing, including cockroach es. Was told that could check out in the am when office opened and couldn't even do that because staff never showed and I had a graduation to go to and couldn't wait 👎. Really disappointed even though price was rt. Not recommend 😕

no appliances for cooking and stove did not work air conditioner old and very loud no box of tissue to blow my nose and extra roll of toilet tissue even though the toilet roll in the bathroom was half gone when I arrived no phones in rooms to call front desk so I had go to the front office
