We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI booked a king suite and my stay was horrible. My room was on the 9th floor which was good. The room was not clean, Or sanitized the TV was not updated The king bed was harder than a rock. The bed was the worst I would not suggest my family or friends to stay at this location. No updated rooms The shower was good but still the room was.dirty with bloody buggers. Disgusting The pillows was to soft with on substance. For the price it wasn't worth it. My room had bloody buggers on the bathroom door,desk over the bed also no microwave. The breakfast was no good at all There was a dead fly on the food and no enough food to choose from. The elevator was dirty with food on the floor. The toilet was to low to sit on. Uncomfortable.
Hot shower and we were on the 9th floor.
