Absolutely fantastic stay. This was a last minute lucky pick and I have never had a better accommodation in NYC. Everything was perfect, this is an absolute gem! The bathroom was surprisingly large for anything NYC and the shower extremely comfortable. Upon booking, my request for a high floor was accommodated without question (usually "there are no rooms available on the higher floors"). The staff was super kind! We had a couple extra requests (a kettle and an extra duvet) and the staff were kind, not uppity, and quick in responding to our needs. I will definitely come back here!

Traveled with family for Christmas the hotel was new construction clean and very positive environment. Overall was very clean, I only had a complaint that solved as soon as I reached out to management. During check out they reimbursed with 20% discount As an apology for the inconvenience. I would stay there again! Location is excellent, garage 3 minutes walk very convenient, subway is across the street super convenient. I am amazed with their shampoo line! The only thing I will request next time is to stay on higher level because the subway is a little distracting during night time

Great location - close to 9/11 memorial, ferry to statue of liberty, Wall St etc. Very easy to get subway to Times Square area. Staff were very helpful, room key card needed to activate floor choice on elevator so very secure. Room was very clean & comfortable bed.

This hotel was perfect. It was the perfect location in what felt like a safe area. It was easy to get to the train from the hotel, and the front desk staff were helpful in answering questions. The room was awesome, bigger than expected, very clean and absolutely sound proof. The black out shades were great. We would absolutely stay here again on another trip to NYC.

Got a black Friday deal on my stay, otherwise would have been a bit too expensive. Missed having the kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, it may have been possible to get hot water at reception- I never asked. Air con a bit tricky to adjust and loud at night until I found out how to turn it off.

Excellent staff, very clean and comfortable room. I was lucky to get a room with a view over Trinity place. Perfect location. Enjoyed my stay very much and would happily come back!

It was the first time I was charged for leaving my luggage at the hotel after check-out. Although it was only 5 USD but I think it was a bit strange charging this fee.

It was the first time we stayed in this part of town. I must say it exceeded our expectation. The location is well connected by all subway lines. The view to Trinity Church is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable.

One potential enhancement could involve adding an additional elevator (currently two) to reduce waiting times. Although the wait can be a bit lengthy at times, it's important to note that this minor inconvenience didn't detract from our overall enjoyable stay whatsoever.

Shower experience could've been better. adjusting the shower head was not intuitive and water spills from the gap of the glass door. Also, there was no rack or shelf to open my suitcase on.

Location is amazing, every major subway line crosses from here so you can easily reach anywhere in the city. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

We love the brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that Indigo provides for their guests. Even not a 5* hotel, Indigo still offers the best product in the market. We very much appreciate the thoughtfulness and the care hotel management given to their guests.
