Friendly & accommodating staff, clean & modern rooms, the beach is across the street, big pool, you can borrow beach supplies in the office, easy parking, many restaurants around… 10/10 amazing!!

Lots of smokers seemingly everywhere on that beach/island. It would have been nice if the other guests didn't smoke right in front of their rooms (next door to us). Our room didn't smell, but there were always smokers around when we were coming or going. If not for the smokers, I would have given a 10 (or 11!)

Pristine room and property in general. Borrow-able chairs, towels, umbrellas for the beach. And the staff was great.

How clean and spacious it was. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed in many 5 star resorts and this place puts them to shame!!! Will definitely be our go-to spot when staying in St. Pete!!!

The hotel was a slice of heaven. Very friendly staff, clean, nice size, and updated room. The lighting in our room was perfect. Nothing too bright unless you wanted it that way. The pool was clean and they offered floats, towels if you needed them for the beach. There was no rambunctious partying or obnoxious behavior. Very relaxing vacation.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The entire staff in the office are delightful and go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was clean and the whole outside area is very well kept. The beach is right across the street with a safe cross walk. I will definitely come back and stay here. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I not sure there was anything that really stands out to dislike .

Pool location was great no traffic noise plus the area inside the court yard was well planned. Chairs,towels for going over to the beach was a plus. The kitchenette was well supplied with everything you need

No food at all in the pool area. Which is fine but with kids, having a little snack close by is almost necessary. Having to move completely out of the pool area and give up our seats and move everything just to eat a little and then go back, was not super convenient but totally ok.

Our experience was great. Kelly at the front desk was so very helpful. She allowed us to tour our room before checking in to make sure it met our standards. Was very helpful explaining all the amenities included as well as offering tips of local restaurants as well. The room exceeded our standards for size comfort and cleanliness. All facilities were very clean and well kept. including pool and grill area. Great price for the quality! Would definitely stay here again.

The beds! My bed was hard as a rock. My only complaint is they definitely need to purchase new mattresses or else put memory foam on them.

The location, the beautiful pool heated just right, the whole resort was exceptionally clean, the palm trees surrounding the pool area, the cool lights at night.

Nothing …. Only that is has 2 stars and should have 4 but I guess it cause there is no elevator or bar. It please read past the 2 stars.

This was perfect about £170 a night a lovely huge room 2 x king beds, with kitchenette with everything you needed in! Pool was fab and 9ft deep one end which boys loved! Plenty of sunbeds for use. Pool area had bbqs which you could use for free and so many lush lounge areas. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided so we didn’t incur the $35 charge to use the ones on the beach! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways in walking distance and the liquor store to. The best bit was the fact that the beach was literally across the road and what a beautiful beach. It was white sand clear blue Sea, an amazing sunsets! Not crowded either a real gem. The only complaint I would have are the beds were very creaky and uncomfortable. We were in room number 34 and the bed definitely need to be replaced with ones.

The staff was exceptional! So friendly and accommodating! Also the entire resort was very clean!
