One of the beds in the 2 bedrooms was a lot less comfortable than the other, but I imagine this is something the host will address.

This rental was awesome! The house itself had that great southern charm, along with fresh donuts and complimentary wine! Very clean, easily accessible. The location was great, short Uber to FedEx Arena/downtown. The new bar around the corner did not disappoint either!

Small item - be nice to have an all purpose spice and maybe cooking oil.

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and a box of donuts. Kitchen was well stocked with eating and cooking supplies along with tea and coffee. . Beds were comfortable. Location was handy for sightseeing and grocery shopping yet quiet street. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room.

Literally the only things that could be improved were trash cans in the bedrooms, laundry detergent provided, no bathroom exhaust fan, and one bed was a bit dipped in the middle. But those are such minor things.

The location was perfect. I always worry about safety when I travel and the neighborhood was safe and charming. The bathroom shower was spacious and wonderful! My spouse and I traveled with my elderly dad who can complain about anything and even he was satisfied. So 15 out of 10 stars in my opinion.

Very cute home with a very nice back yard and the largest oak tree I have ever seen. Must be spectacular in spring and summer. Very clean and owner was supper responsive close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay would stay there sgain

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch. The home is closely located to River front, Graceland, Sun and Stax studios. Easily Ubered to Beal Street (cheaper than paying to park). Nice neighborhood for daily walks. Driveway can easily accommodate 2 SUV’s if needed.

Perfect place for a little getaway in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Close driving distance to Graceland and downtown. The complimentary donuts and wine were such a nice, fun touch.

Shanta made us feel very welcomed. She put some donuts as a welcome gift on the table and even in the bathroom you had small gifts like toothpaste. The house is well equipped and just beautiful. It was relaxing sitting in the backyard!! It's a pity we just stayed 2 nights.

We made our own breakfast and one dinner. Whole house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had the needed silverware and utensils to make bacon and eggs as well as french toast. Host was polite and took the time to answer our questions and make suggestions about what to do in the area. We were pretty close to Beal st. and Graceland.

The only issue we had was with the lock on the front door. Some of the keys stick on pad and it took multiple attempts each time we needed to re-enter the property.

Very clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped. It’s just one of the cutest places I’ve stayed. The backyard is magical. Clear and open communication with the host. All the little extras that the host provides for your stay is amazing! It was definitely a home away from home experience.
