It would be helpful to have some basic directions provided for how to change the settings on the thermostat. We ultimately figured it out, but there was initially a program set that caused the A/C to kick on each morning (and it was too cold).

Location was great - very near to many of the museums and places we wanted to visit. The host also provided coffee for the Keurig, some complimentary wine and snacks.

Not a major issue, but the streaming services didn’t work well, as it wouldn’t sign in properly. The owners did send the sign in information, but a code was asked to input. I didn’t want to have to go back and forth. This did not negatively impact our stay. The property is in a zone where planes fly overhead quite often. Put in ear plugs and it isn’t noticeable.

The owners made the place really comfortable for when we got there. There was music playing and various refreshments that we could enjoy. The owners were very responsive when I needed to ask a question and provided everything you could need.

Proper alternative for hotels in a quiet neighborhood at Memphis center. Excellent accessibility to points of interest Graceland, Memphis zoo, Soul music museum, Grizzlies FEDEX stadium and many restaurants. laundry facilities and comfort beds. Home away from home.

It was cold outside so the floors were cold.Not really the houses fault. Beds were very firm but that's better than to soft.So really no complaints.

Cottage was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well appointed. Nice neighborhood. Quiet at night other than a few planes overhead. We felt welcome and needed nothing else.

The rain was the only problem

I loved the house it was very comfortable and family oriented. It was organized, and everything we needed was there, from the sliverware to the complimentary wine. The music was inviting when you walked in. We came for a funeral and planned on going out to see the scenery, but the family came to visit us instead due to the weather,and us not knowing our way around. The decorations were ON POINT! BEAUTIFUL . The laundry room with the books and a glass of wine was the best part for me. The backyard was beautiful and private even though it looks like it isn't. All in all, I will stay here again when I come to Memphis. I need their personal information cause I don't want to stay anywhere else unless it is one of these owners' properties.

The neighborhood was great. Very quiet, and the location was near where my events was taking place.The home was very beautiful and cozy! I would definitely stay here again, no questions asked. The host was gracious and a delight to talk to! I truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful cottage!!!

Phenomenal property, quite neighbour hood, great stay , close to town, fantastic communications. Only issue we had was 'Google Home' did not work but I never queried this or contacted host as there was so much more to do, Turntable with vinyl, plenty of books and Netflix all included. Great location with parking for two cars. Stylish, well-equipped house and quick, clear communication with our host. There were even treats waiting for us when we checked in :). We'll stay here again when we come back to Memphis.

All the pots, pans, cutting boards, collandars etc are piled together in one cabinet. A pot rack on the wall would be great. Garbage disposal broken. Even though the place was wiped down, it needs a deep clean. In the flight path and near trains, so we needed ear plugs to sleep.

The host was helpful, the location was safe, off street parking available. Well stocked kitchen, easy check in instructions, plenty of seating. Welcome gifts, extra linens, good temperature control. Washer dryer! Super firm beds. Pictures in description accurate.
