Breakfast was a little light - meaning it was essentially "on the run" type offering. No buffet, which may be to do with the facilitates. Wouldn't sway me from NOT staying but could have been a little better.

The location was perfect to access all things for what we needed.... enough away from things (which is weird thing to say in NYC) but close to everything.

well located, bear time square but in a quiet area, starbucks is just right in the corner, there is a restaurant/coffee shop 2-3 mins walk from the hotel, 50th train station is 3-5mins walk.

There need to be more surfaces to set things (toiletries) down, especially in the bathroom.

The Kimpton felt new, clean, lively and comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. That, plus the location nearby (but not smack in the middle of) Times Square and also near Central Park was excellent. Will return if we come to NYC again.

Unfortunatly the top floor is very noisy. There are ac or heating machines on the roof which are very noisy and you pay premium to have a very noisy room.

$35@ day "destination fee" is just a hidden way to hide the real price. Hotels should be mandated to just charge the cost and stop hiding the true amount

Good vibe, excellent staff, great location. Wine tasting happy hour blunted the BS "destination fee". Unfortunate for people who don't like wine.

When I did the check in the attendant told me that I would have to pay 500 dollars just for security and at the time I didn't understand very well, but it was just a precaution in case I spent anything more on the hotel. As soon as I did the check-out they informed me that I will receive a refund and it is no longer showing on my credit card. Everything it's fine =)

It was amazing! I spend 5 days in the hotel and i loved the hotel and the team. Good location, room cleaned every day, great size for staying alone or as a couple and without noise. The Wi-Fi worked all the time, which was great, because when I chose to stay at this hotel I read all the reviews to find out if the Wi-Fi really worked in the rooms and it works perfectly.

Room with two queens was a bit small. Initially only 1 chair at small table. However, staff was great and brought up a second chair.

Lack of hotel bar/restaurant (currently under construction). Main negative was the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from neighboring rooms which led to not as great sleep a couple nights.

Included breakfast at diner was excellent! Staff friendly and helpful. Happy hour was a nice touch. Rooms good sized and beds comfortable. Good central location close to Times Square (but not too close) and theater district.

More like a serviced apartment than a fully fledged hotel. They have a coffee 'hatch' selling coffee and pastries rather than a designated breakfast service. However, the location is great, so there are many options locally for dining.

The location was excellent, close to Times Square and the subway stations. Easily reached from JFK by subway. Staff was very helpfull

Bathroom sink generally gave either very cold water or very hot water. It was hard to get a comfortable water temperature. Bathroom shower might have had a leak, as water continued to slowly drip from the faucet even the water was turned off.

Location was outstanding, right in the middle of the theatre district and only blocks away from Times Square. Hotel room was clean, modern, and well-furnished. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning was also a nice touch.

Perfect location! The hotel was very clean and modern rooms. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Highly recommend and will stay there again next time I am in NYC.
