You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The beds have pillow top mattresses, however if you are like myself and my husband and have extra weight they still aren't to comfortable. They are still more comfortable than most hotels though.
The staff was amazing. We felt more welcome there than any other hotel we've stayed in.

I didn’t like that there was only one elevator. We were on the fifth floor and the elevator was slow (due to it being in use all of the time). We used the stairs a lot but wished there were two elevators. Our room smelled a bit like wet dog. I think the room needed more ventilation. The smell went away once the fans started running. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The staff were very helpful and nice.
The property is in close proximity to Dollywood and lots of food/entertainment options. The hotel is fine. I liked the pet area set up and the breakfast and pool locations. It easily accommodated what we needed.

The elevator was very slow and jumped a lot. The room had a weird musky smell. So did the halls.
We love the 24 hr pool. The ice water and coffee station. The warm breakfast and the sweet ladies who cooked it each morning.

The room was nice and clean and the bathroom very large. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. And for someone who's average height the beds are just way too high.

Lady preparing the food had a bad cough . Should’ve had on a mask while preparing food. Should sweep around jacuzzi and pool keep it clean .
Location was great. Loved the pool was 24 hours, that’s a plus when you have kids.

The only thing I would “complain” about would be there is only 1 elector so it does take a while to get on and off.
We stayed here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed the whole stay. The free breakfast was fantastic although I think switching it up on a day to day basis would be a little better for variety. Our room was cleaned every day so we always came back to a clean hotel after a long day out. We already have our stay planned for next year at this hotel.

The air conditioner was VERY noisy. When it first came on it sounded like a truck was coming into the room. Pillows could have been a little softer. Everything else was fine.

My room smelled like wet dog! Nickel size hole near window (I stuffed it with tissue to keep bugs out). Also my room was not ready when I checked in at 4 pm (check in starts at 3 pm). Last pet peeve, no vent fan in bathroom!
24 hour Heated pool and spa. Hot breakfast. Coffee station. Huge family suite with one bedroom and jacuzzi

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was only one elevator and it would get congested a lot and slow it down.
The location of the property was perfect. You could walk the strip in pigeon forge, which was nice and convenient. Everything and everywhere we had to travel was close and not a super far drive. It was also mine and my husband’s wedding weekend, and the staff were so very kind and constantly asked if we needed anything while we were getting ready.
