The Plaza unit 1410 was a pain having to carry all our ski gear from the garage to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator. Also the food in the restaurant at the Lodge was a disappointment.

Excellent location and very spacious condo. Enjoyed the gas fireplace and the staff at the Keystone Lodge were very helpful.

Directions to management office were not helpful. We finally had to ask at Keystone Lodge and one of their staff kindly directed us down the road. Unit was advertised as have laundry availability but manager had no clue and we finally gave up on the idea even though the building had a door labeled Laundry.

Excellent layout of the condo, convenient to the highway and close to all Nordic Ski Centers.

The beds were uncomfortable and the heat worked sporadically. It was either 90° in the condo and stifling or freezing cold. There was mold in the bathrooms.

We loved the loft and fireplace. There was enough space for my family to spread out.

The only complaint was that the heat seemed to be on in the entire building and the hallways were over 80 degrees (could see on the thermostat)

We were close to everything in the lakeside village which was super convenient and the shuttle was easily accessed to go to and from destinations.

Upon checkin, there was a sign taped on the door (of where we were instructed via email to checkin) saying that check in was to be done at a different location. Still not sure why this wasnt communicated to us in confirmation email. (MINOR ISSUE) Secondly, upon checkin we were given keys and told room #....normal procedure. When we went to check into the room....the keys did not work!!! Great..we attempt several times to open door. And then a guest from inside the room asks if he could help us. Someome is already occupying this room. Long story shorter....I call customer service AND checkin had given us the wrong room number to check into and wrote the incorrect room number on our paperwork😒 Ugh....my husband and I feel horrible for the guest in his room while we are attempting to open the door Needless to say not what we expected after a long days drive. Totally understand things happen BUT could have had a better evening if we hadnt had to deal with the situation

The check-in process described above. Better instructions would be greatly appreciated by out of town visitors. The staff should be well versed with providing instructions on the location of the lodge and provide better detailed information on what floor the room is located.

The check-in process was not what I expected. Did not receive any email or text providing details on where the check-in location is. Spent 30 minutes looking for where to check in. Once the information was provided, the gentleman at the counter could not provide me the proper directions to where my lodge was located. It was already late in the evening and the lack of directions just made it later. Once the lodge was located, the room number was another challenge. The room was 1490 which most people would assume that the room was located on the first floor but it wasn't and there weren't instructions letting me know that my room was on the second floor. Other than that, the room had a spectacular view, the kitchen, living room and bedroom exceeded expectations.

The advertised photos of the room were misleading. Classic bait and switch. Led me to think i was staying in Lakeside Condos, while we were booked at Lakeshore Condos. I was told I have to specify where I wanted to stay, but there is nowhere to do this on Priceline. I sent them a message through booking.com about this with no response. Also, the balcony at Lakeshore is ridiculously tiny for 2 chairs! The first room they had reserved for us had a broken blind in the bedroom that would not close. Not sure how this could be missed, especially since it was a clear view into the bedroom.. The second room had blinds that worked, but was still not the same as Lakeside Condos. I had also sent a message, through booking.com, requesting my 'special request' for room preference about a week before my stay regarding the room and my hopes to reserve a similar room to a month before, without a esponse from anybody. I let them know I was most disappointed about the tiny balcony over looking the water as this was my whole reason of booking here, my plan was for my wife and I to relax on the balcony, a balcony over looking the water with ample room for 2 chairs and a small table which we unfortunately did not get to experience for our 26th weddding anniversary! They told me everything was booked at Lakeside Condos and to specify for future stays, and nothing else they could do.

Shuttle service was excellent. I used it once. I had left a desert in the refrigerator of the first room we had, and someone did bring it to me after putting us in a room with working window blinds. I give them props for bringing that to us!

Check-in was friendly and efficient, but when we got to our room, instead of a queen size bed, it was two Murphy beds in a tiny room. They did not fill the ice cube trays in the fridge up, and there was no place to get ice other than a gas station a few miles away. The Internet didn't work until I troubled shot that the router was unplugged. We called the customer service number to ask about getting the wrong room, and they blamed Booking.com for false advertising. They offered to move up to a smaller room with a queen size bed. They were indifferent to our situation.

Nice location with mountain and lake view, but .... what the resorts gives you could be different than what is advertised. Bait and switch and finger pointing
