Found the menus a little limited so chose to dine outside of the hotel. This is a luxury hotel so we were surprised there were no spa facilities for that extra special treat!

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location. Housekeeping and concierge were very helpful - the latter even finding a great art class for us to attend close by during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back.

It is quite expensive, even for Manhattan. Other than that I truly think this is one of my fav hotels in NYC.

The gym was superb: big range of equipment and spacious and clean. When I was there it was 24/24hrs open. The staff was super friendly throughout and personable. The room was spacious and modern decor. Location is good and pretty central. You have lots of good food options nearby but room service is fantastic as well.

Some aspects were not entirely up to five star experience. Nothing major, just little niggles but given the price of over 2000 USD per night, the expectations are quite high as the peer group in that price segment is typically very impressive.

Great location; absolutely excellent staff; big rooms which is great for a business traveler that needs to work at the hotel, too.

The staff at the Langham made us feel like family. we felt like we were returning home at the end of RCH day. Jack- the door man was incredible- so kind and warm. we didn’t want to leave!

Bathroom was a little dark. Especially by the sink and mirrors. Also the make up mirror was so high on the wall that you needed to be at least 6’ or more to use it.

From the first minute of my arrival I felt like I am very welcome there! The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to the 22nd floor with the amazing view over NYC. The location on the 5th Avenue is perfect. My room was very comfortable and spacious, especially spacious was the bathroom and the bath itself - also with a great view from the window. I also loved the breakfast at Il Fiori. Marvellous stay and I'd like to be back asap.

No spa / massage at the hotel. We had to look for it outside. No big deal.

Excellent hotel. The location is near a lot of points of interest. The staff was excellent, always nice and thoughtful. The hotel and staff are managed in an efficient and professional manner. We picked this hotel because it featured babysitting service at an extra charge. We used it carefully for our 6-month old baby at the beginning, but after using it once, we went all-in and could enjoy our vacations more than we thought. We had the chance to have a great sitter (Suzanne) all along. The VIP lounge and breakfast were really what we like. We recommend if you have the money for it.

I liked everything about the Langham. The location is fantastic, the rooms and gym are incredible and very spacious, and the service is flawless. When I told Ashley at reception after the first night I’d like a room facing the Empire State Building, she was so very kind. She showed me two rooms to chose from and after one hour we changed. Everyone else and I apologize for not remembering the names was extremely nice and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
