The location was excellent. It’s very easy to get around downtown walking and trolley. The trolley stop is right near the front door, and traffic noise inside is minimal. It’s clean and comfortable and felt safe. Theater experience for watching movies was an unexpected surprise.

I forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner. It would have been nice to have some. There was body wash. Thanks to whoever left it. Outside which is beyond the apts control, sometimes there were people around that I would wait to leave before going out. Unfortunately, this is happening in every city. Just be smart.

The apartment is everything you need for a stay including a washer and dryer. The air fryer was great for leftovers. The young men that checked me in were very nice & helpful. We had a great conversation. The front desk people were nice too. I would definitely stay again. I was able to walk during the day safely to the convention center. You are also able to walk to Beal St., but I wouldn't walk at night alone.

There was absolutely nowhere to store clothes! There was a freestanding rail but no hangers and no drawers or shelves to put clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases and as there was nowhere to place these, we used the footstool from the sofa area, rather than store the cases on the floor. The only other minor thing was that we drink tea not coffee, so a kettle would have been handy!

Excellent location. Husband particularly liked the Projection TV! Well equipped kitchen and cleaning products. Comfortable bed, if a little high.

The entire property was impeccable. The lighting is serene and comfortable. It was clean, warm and inviting. It was quiet and the bed was to die for. The host were so amazing and understanding. We overslept due to the amazing bed lol and they were understanding and very accommodating. The view is another story and a good one at that. The beautiful bay windows overlooking Main Street made the place hard to leave. The projector was a great amenity as well. This place is a must stay!

Everything was great

I liked that the host made things as comfortable as possible and even provided things that most places don't. For the most part once you familiarize yourself with the location, it is convenient if you would like to go explore downtown. I will definitely book again!

Great location downtown, right at Cort Square Park. Our plane was delayed and I keep them updated by email and with no problem met us with the keys when we finally got there.

Clean, spacious and close to everything! This unit exceeded pur expectations and was outstanding. This was a very safe and clean place to stay. The trolly stops right in front of the unit, so for those that don't want to walk that is a big plus. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Not dislike exactly, but it seemed odd to have the tv in the bedroom rather than the lounge.

There are no night stands or end tables. Trying to get in was confusing and host could not bus us in the building but man at front desk and a resident helped us get in the building. Once we got in and got the fab everything was fine.

These are minors for us. When we entered, we smelled a hint of cigarette odor. Perhaps the guests before us smoked, which is unfortunate & not the host’s fault. Moreover, there’s no pan & pots. There’s also no artwork at all. Having plants or artwork hang on the wall would’ve been nice.

Location. Location. Location. Cannot beat the location. And the bed. One of the most comfortable bed ever (with remote control to change angle & add vibration). The host waited for us to arrive & greeted us at the door, which is nice.

No eating table or sitting chairs other than that; the accommodation's were very nice, and the host was pleasant and professional. Need at least two bar stools if there is a counter and no table.

What breakfast? I like the security at the front and the locked gate at the back. The place was in a nice location, the view was great and very clean.

As noted before it has a kitchen but nowhere to eat. It has a bar but no stools. There is no table anywhere, just a large (comfortable) sofa in a large room. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Modern large apartment. Laundry, full kitchen (except pots and pans!) Good internet (they seemed to have fixed that problem) and right in the middle of downtown. The sofa was large and comfortable for our third guest.
