Only showers no bathtub, which was less convenient with little kids. Also the kitchen was not very equipped (for example, no pots or pans), so not really suitable for cooking. Other than that everything was great.

Cosy, old fashion style hotel. Very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, around 10 min walk to Central Park and shopping areas.

Very very limited kitchen equipment and utensils. No wine glasses. If you list a suite with kitchen please provide the necessaries to allow international travellers, who can’t bring a set of equipment, to cook in their own rooms. No tea and coffee seemed a bit ungenerous considering the cost of the stay.

The hotel is spacious and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. The room was clean, always stocked with waters and they responded quickly when we needed more towels or extra bedding. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcomed and safe. They gave our children small teddy bears upon arrival and allowed us to check in early. The location is great within walking distance to Central Park and several other attractions.

Needs a coffee spot with muffins, etc. in the morning. It’s a hassle to have to get dressed up and go out for coffee.

It was lovely, clean, quiet. I would have given it top ratings across the board. The hotel should have some sort of coffee++ offering in the lobby in the morning.

There is a large construction site next door, mornings start early. Some staff are a bit cold but overall very helpful. I read that some rooms are worn out but in our case everything was in a very good shape. It may feel outdated for some but it didn’t bother me at all.

Superb location close to MTA. We had a one bedroom studio for two adults + two kids, it was very spacious. We used our kitchen a lot for quick meals. The cleaning on a daily basis was perfectly done. We felt very cozy in our studio, the lobby is very welcoming.

They could have put more dishes to allow us to cook. We asked for more a d we got them but it would have been nice to have them from the beginning. Heating system a bit old and it was a bit stressfull to us it without proper instruction

Location was good. Price ok for the place. Employees were really nice and most of them spoke spanish. Layout of the flat was nice: we could access to bathroom without going through the bedroom.

As each room is individually owned/designed, you have to be lucky which one you get. Staff were very helpful in allowing us to change our original room.

The rooms are all different as they were converted apartments that were already furnished. Ours definitely had some light bulbs that needed to be replaced and many non-functioning switches. the main bedroom for example needed every light to be manually turned on, none operated on switches, kinda annoying. The kitchenette was useful, but as other reviews said, the stocking is kinda random, there were 2 mugs and 2 glasses, some random cutlery, probably left by prior guests or something, but at least we were able to wash it all to use what was there. i also think the housekeeping put the stuff in the dishwasher daily, but we washed it anyways!

Amazing room sizes for a NYC hotel, I don't think it can be beat these. Great for families as other reviews said. The hotel set up a crib for us and converted the couch for my 3 year old which he loved. the kitchenette was small, but still great as it had a fridge and sink to help store food and clean dishes for our kids. The location is great, easy walk to central park and subways and the staff were all great.

Beds were firmer than I would have liked and pillows were really horrid. Kitchen very understocked - 4 of everything (ir glasses, mugs, silverware) was really not enough when there were 4 people in the apartment.

Great location, we had a lovely two bedroom apartment which suited us very well. Housekeeping was excellent, although unfortunately one day they picked up my daughter's retainer and we never got it back. Very modern apartment and we had a washer/dryer which was a huge bonus as we were staying for 8 nights.
