Room had no view. Was told room should be ready early by 1:30 and we had priority. Came back and waited for 1/2 hour, then asked again, told not til 3. Ask for higher than level 3, and nothing was available. I booked 2 months in advance. But through booking.com. I wonder if booked directly and more than one night, if I would have gotten a better room.

Beds were comfortable, shower was clean and modern.

Location/proximity was GREAT to sights, subway stations, and food options. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel also did a good job communicating with us about parking upon arrival due to the road in front of the entrance being closed. The staff also checked up on us throughout our stay via phone call or text.

If you are going to the theater district, this hotel is perfect. It is a half of a block from Bryant Park and a block away from Times Square.

Construction in front right outside our room at 3-5 am. Letter was left on our bed warning us on the same night as the construction occurred. Did not get a restful sleep and was not compensated in anyway.

Only one issue. We returned to the hotel at about 5pm and found the maid just about to clean our room. We had to go down to reception and wait for 20 minutes for it to be cleaned.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

First thing we didn't like, is that we noticed some dust over some parts of our room where you don't normally look, like the top of the closet and inside the sofa bed. Other than that, the room cleaning was ok. The second thing we didn't like, is that we would have loved to have had some variety in the fruits used for the breakfast fruit salad from day to day. We stayed for 2 weeks and after the third day of eating the same fruit salad cup composed of: grapes, melons and a quarter of a strawberry, you get kind of bored of it. I understand there are budgets to be met, but perhaps if every 3 or 4 days they would change the type of fruits in the fruit salad cup it would make customers very happy. In my opinion, that's the only thing missing for breakfast to be perfect, because everything else was just wonderful.

We loved its modern infrastructure, its super friendly staff, the top quality of its breakfast and restaurant, and the great location of the hotel.

The bar was very slow. Restaurant manager was really pushy trying to get us to cancel a booking to go there.

Incredibly comfortable beds, perfect for a family stay. The door staff were really helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Clean room. The robot made us smile.
