We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo elevator to second floor. Breakfast consisted of vouchers for a local Mexican restaurant that served sit-down Mexican style breakfast. No fruit on the menu, very limited choices, food wasn't great, coffee was terrible. Very strange arrangement, since there were plenty of good coffee shops in town which would have been a better choice for vouchers.
Very spacious suite. Clean and quiet.

United States of AmericaWe could have invested in a more extended stay time to enjoy the amenities provided by the hotel. However, this personal fault does not impede the overall satisfaction we received from the hotel.
The exterior of the hotel mimicked a sweet small-town cottage with blooming flowers hanging from all angles and wooden finishes surrounding the stairways and balconies. These aspects complemented the towering cliffs provided by Ouray's rocky boundaries. As for the room, we were comfortable with the warmth provided by the heating unit and we were entertained by the flat-screen TV, which had a great signal. We enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to our next overnight visit.

The breakfast was just ok for us because we are not fans of Mexican food and because we do not eat meat. The restaurant did accommodate our request to omit the ham in the Spanish omelette, but we would have preferred a simpler omelette, one with just Swiss cheese.
