Outside considering the area seemed a little rough but walking inside and the rooms were amazing

The sink drained very slowly. Bathroom vanity was very small.

Comfortable room and bed. Lighting was good. Staff was very nice and room was very clean. The breakfast area was clean, breakfast itself was minimal. Even though we were next to the elevator, there was no noise.

The sink in the bathroom was mostly clogged and was draining very slowly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great value and nice location. Included microwave and fridge in the room which were nice surprise.

Jelly containers and trash in our ice bucket and lots of slamming doors when cleaning people were out in the hall.

The breakfast was just cold cereal, toast, cold mini muffins, and 2 juices.

The beds were comfortable. I was very pleased the pool / hot tub was open.

I’ve stayed at this location a handful of times in the last 2 months. This last time however a man I never seen tried to charge me $100 deposit. He then proceeds to try and argue with me as I tell him I know for a fact they don’t charge no fee cause I have several receipts to prove it. I knew he wasn’t being honest because I have seen other people get checked in that have never stayed there before and they weren’t asked for a $100 deposit either. I know 2 of the girls up there due to them always checking me either in or out. Not once did they even bring up a deposit. I honestly feel like the man was being racist and nobody is ever going to convince me he wasn’t 🙃🙃🙃🙃. He seen a new face and he tried to try it. By the time I came back from my car with my receipts both physical and on my phone his whole tone changed. He said and I quote “Well because you’ve stayed here several times without incident no deposit.” Sir, That’s what the **** I said to begin with. He tried to tell me differently until I came back with proof. Then his story changed. I wouldn’t advise anybody of color to deal with this hotel if that’s how they really are when the staff aren’t dealing with the public 🤔🤔🤔 Cause that’s exactly the vibe I got from that man. He tried it 🙄🙄

Older building but it's been kept up well. My room looked like it had recently been renewed with out carpet which I loved! Pool area was again older but clean and enjoyable. We had an issue with our TV but the front desk person was at our room to fix it in a few minutes. Front desk number was difficult to find. 501 for front desk. Breakfast was toast, cereal, yogert... Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Will stay again.

We did not have towels in our room. The pool was freezing as well as the hallways like there was no heat on at all. My fridge had not been cleaned looked like a pop had exploded in it

Beds were way too soft for this tosser and turner! And spa needs a good cleaning of the jets. Jets could have been a little stronger. When I went to check in there was no one at the desk for 10 minutes.
