Everything but a pool! The gym was more extensive than I expected, the lobby was welcoming and very big, with old skool PAC Man consoles! The Moxy welcome drink is a very nice touch.

Great location to UT Austin. Our AC wasn’t working, staff very quickly moved us to another room and sent a gift basket. Loved the staff!

No dislikes - but if I’m being nitpicky, I would like the water pressure in shower & sink to be higher/stronger but otherwise all is fine.

The location to UT-Austin is perfect! The desk clerk greeted me warmly upon check-in and made me feel appreciated for choosing the Moxy. The welcome cocktail was delicious! My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The manager always takes the time to welcome me, chat/catch up, and treats me like a dear old friend. It’s always a pleasure to see her! Great job by all!!

I think the showers are designed poorly. No place to hang anything for instance .

De locatie is perfect. Very close to university and walking part of town. Rooms are comfy and quiet. Downstairs area with bar is fun to go to. They even have an outdoor area to have a drink.

As a minimalistic hotel there is no laundry facility but there are 2 close by, or they can have your laundry sent out. No tea and coffee in room but free access in the morning at the check in area.

The vicinity to UT and local shops. It’s an inviting hotel with the bar as check in and really warm service from everyone who works there. The room was cute, clean and modern with great housekeeping every second day. No issues at all. I highly recommend the Moxy.

Really cool bar area downstairs. Free cocktail open checkin! Taco bar downstairs open until 3am! The decor is really cool and the staff was so nice and friendly! I I could have stayed longer! Also free coffee downstairs in the morning. Really good coffee!!

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Also the atmosphere at the hotel restaurant was very nice and they had delicious tacos. We also received a free drink when we checked in.

The bar closed at 10pm the night I arrived (I was told midnight) and the bartender didn’t want to fix me a free cocktail even though it was only a few minutes past 10. The bartenders here don’t “think of themselves like a customer (MBNA America).” It’s not the first time that I’ve noticed that they’re not customer-service friendly. The agent at the front desk kindly provided me with a complimentary bottle of water.

Location to university is great! Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Room was clean & comfortable. I stay here often and really appreciate being welcomed back so warmly- thank you!

Loved having the parking garage attached but didn’t love that it’s $45 a night.

A minor complaint only, but in my opinion check in time is quite late and they stick to it or ask for a early check in fee - at least in my case.

Great vibe in the hotel and also good area to be in. The staff was very friendly and the bar served some great drinks. The room was also quite nice and felt modern.

Water pressure in sink & shower too low Bar tenders were MIA for the majority of my stay - but I was helped by the front desk staff who made sure I was able to get ice & beverages for my daughter who was very ill.

Likes: excellent location to UT-Austin, clean comfortable room, close to shoppes & eateries, love Zombie Taco eatery, free drink upon arrival, beautifully decorated for Christmas, friendly workers, helpful staff, warm & caring managers who took time to make sure I was happy & satisfied. Thank you for caring!!!

Front desk not very attentive or helpful. No warm welcome and seemed lazy. Couldn’t use my free drink poker chip as bartender was MIA both times I came downstairs to get a drink. No one staffed the bar that day between 4-5:30pm. Was told he was “in the bathroom.” Apparently no one else at front desk knows how to use the bar supplies.

I enjoyed the convenience of location to UT. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, price was reasonable.

Zombie Taco was okay, not many choices for breakfast. I also would have loved more drink options for breakfast since there's not a lot of time to go get breakfast/ drinks in the morning outside of the hotel.

I loved that you didn't realize you were in the check in area, it felt like you were walking into a bar. Super relaxed and fun! The staff was great!
