The room was a bit small with no tea/ coffee inside and no fridge, but the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our room with a view on the Empire State Building! The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was beautifully decorated with flowers at the entrance. They give you a 30 USD credit to spend on food at the hotel's bar.

Even though the bedroom is very nice-looking, the shower is in the same space and the drainage was not good at all. After the first shower, we got wet floors for our whole stay (2 nights) and our feet were always wet as some of the floorboards every time we stepped on them would get wet from the water underneath which was very annoying. Also, our room was on the 7th floor so no views at all and was noisy Also, we got charged more than what we reserved for through booking .

We had problems with our bill after we checked out - they overcharged us. Hopefully that will get resolved soon.

Loved the floor to ceiling window and view of the Empire State building. The sink taps were fun also.

Floor boards were bubbling up - seemed maybe the toilet wax seal was bad as you could see water under the floor boards by the toilet - pretty gross. Also no fans in the toilet or shower area.

Room is more fitter for couples rather then families, it is very very small, but it is very modern and you stay here for the view. It’s ok for couples nights, for a longer stay I’d take something bigger. Shower is located in the room and since the doors don’t close properly there is always water all over the room (at least in our room)

Only one thing, plastic glasses in the roof top bar!

Location very good, flower district but close to main attractions. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. Hotel’s own bars and cafe really good. Staff excellent. Shout out to Lesley on reception and the bar guy from Vermont, really friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, 1610, with a great view of the Empire State which we didn’t expect.

Very small room, but OK for one day. There was no separate bathroom, just a shower & toilette.....the sink was in the corridor...but OK for one day.

Excellent location with a nice view. Hotel offered 30 USD voucher for breakfast in the bar, which was nice. The rooftop bar "Fleur Room" is very cute with an amazing view on the Empire State Building...

Daily spend deposit should be explain better. I asked several times and still was not clear to me if 30 dollars is per room or per person and if should be spend each day or as a sum for whole week. Same, if it is included in accomodation payment or will be charged on top of it. I tried to find it also on website, no info, neither on Mariott nor booking.com. Seems need to be improved as many people also mentioned it in their reviews. Also we were charched by 5 dollars for bottled water, but this bottle one day disapered from the room, believe me, it was not drinked by us.

Perfect location for exploring the whole of Manhattan. Especially nice to be close to the High Line. Nicely designed room and decent size. Free coffee and credit for cafe/bar was a perk!

It seemed like quite a bit of the time, there were only one or two elevators in service so the elevator would fill up before it reached the ground floor and people would have to wait for another one. Also a bit awkward to have the sink in the middle of the room.

Can't beat the location in the heart of Manhattan's vibrant Chelsea neighborhood, close to lots of shops, restaurants, and centrally located for ease of getting around the city. All the pegs on the wall were actually quite helpful for organizing clothes and hanging up toiletry bag.

Spent a week there but on two seperate evenings we were not allowed entry to either the lobby bar or rooftop bar. On both occasions this was due to private reservations. As hotel guests I do not see why our experience should be restricted while the hotel makes more money by renting out its facilities. I’m assuming that part of the hotel price is apportioned to the paying of bar staff? So, I as a guest funded a private party. Also, we we restricted from taking drinks we bought in the only other available place (the cafe) back to our room which is not a good hotel experience
