It was odd that there was no bedside table, but it was a quite small room. Overall was not disappointed, though.

They didn’t clean the room until we asked them. The lobby was too loud. The service was super slow and the waiters weren’t very professional. Too relaxed for my taste. They gave us a crib to put in the room that was terrible and they did not have a high chair for breakfast. Not very kid friendly.

The price/quality racio is the best thing about this hotel. It is also nice that we had 25 dólares to spend on the restaurant everyday. The room was small but functional. Even though the breakfast wasn’t buffet it was good. You have one chip and you can trade that chip for one of the available dishes.

The only minor thing, but I knew it before: was the 25$ per room you had to spend in the hotel everyday. I knew it was coming and it was fine, as the room was reasonably priced, but I visited this city for a week and wanted to see as many different spots as possible. It just made me drink a cocktail every night….

It’s been a great base for our week in NYC, you can easily walk to Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center also the Metro Station Fulton Street or World Trade Center are super close and they bring you everywhere. The Hotelroom was small but very convenient and clean. All the stuff was super nice and helpful at any time. I would come back whenever I visit NYC again.

The tv didn’t work.

Loved the aesthetics of the hotel and the rooms. Only stayed for a night to rest our heads but will definitely come back for a longer stay. The room was nice and we loved the bathroom. The soaps smelled absolutely amazing I didn’t even use our own.

Gym was very small, but very cute Room was small but well organized.

The common areas at the 3rd foor were always lively. Great vibe but not over crowded. My 12 years old truly enjoyed the games and the baskaball court. We were able to grab a drink while he was having fun. We also played every day all together for 1 hr before discoverying the city. That was a great way to feel he was also having fun. Location was great. Subway was around the corner.

Hotel doesn’t offer some of the essential toiletries. Such as lotion etc. rooms are bit tight, only max 2 person.

The pillows weren't great, the room was very very small, and the bedding was quite light and flimsy. The elevators take a long time at different periods.

The staff were really friendly, the bar area and the set up with credit to use each day, and the location were all brilliant. The room was very clean, and it was good there was a safe.

The bar and restaurant food menu was not good. I thought the breakfast menu was going to improve but it doesn't value the price. Also, the elevator seems unsafe.

I liked the location, it was close to the tourist areas and the metro station. The view of the city was good and the service was excellent.

Good location close to subway line in from JFK. Bed was comfortable, sizable bathroom. $25 credit at the hotel bar was a nice surprise.

I did not like how they essentially force you to use their bar/restaurant by collecting a nonrefundable credit that can be used only toward the bar/restaurant and even then they are a little secretive about not telling you to tell them at check out that you used the credit. Its very sneaky.

No coffee maker in the room which is needed for me. The blankets on the bed are not great. The beds were ok. everything felt a little beat up and cheap as far as how trendy the chain of moxy tries to be. The happy hour food was absolutely atrocious. Velveeta cheese on the nachos?? Disgusting. Caesar salad was so bad I didn’t even know that was possible to make a bad Caesar.

Steve the doorman was superb and in general all of the staff were awesome.

WHAT I DIDNT LIKE WAS THE SPACING IN THE ROOM. THE BED WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE WINDOW. THE CHAIR COULD HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED AND REPOSTINIONED ELSEWHERE.

I LIKED THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL AND THE COZINESS OF THE SPOT. I LOVE THAT THERE IS A BAR ON THE PREMISES AND A QUAINT SPOT FOR SMALL MEALS.
