They need NEW PANS for Kitchen. Glass wear NO plastic is ruinned from dishwasher. Bathroom sink drain clogged in hall bathroom upstairs. Had to use other bath rooms.

The house didn't have a ton amenities, like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap or laundry soap - which surprised me, as most houses I've rented had more amenities. It wasn't a big deal to have to go buy all of that stuff, but also not ideal. Also, glass tables in a house in Orlando, where many guests are small kiddos, seemed like an odd choice.

The house was large, and had plenty of space for our family of 10. Electing to have the pool heated was definitely the right choice. Even with a few cooler nights, the pool was a hit for the kiddos.

Everything went great! I would recommend having more garbage bags available for guests to use, to take out the trash. Otherwise everything was beyond expectations.

Loved the prompt responses from the owner. The home was clean and ready for us to arrive early. We had a wonderful time and felt at home! The next time we visit Orlando we will be booking a stay HERE!! The house was spacious and had TV's in every room. The teenagers loved the game room and really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of bathrooms in the house to accommodate everyone. Even friendly neighbors and the maintenance personnel were prompt and freindly.

Overall the property was amazing but the house could have been supplied with a few extra household items (eg. bin bags, washing up sponges, dishwasher tablets, hoover) we felt for the price of our stay and with 10 guests, these items could have easily been supplied for a more pleasant stay.

Great location, close to all attractions, safe with key code gates at entrance, pool was the highlight for the kids, large spacious rooms for our two families, bbq a great addition, washing machine and dryer greatly used, Clubhouse pool was a lovely plus as a break from the house, friendly Clubhouse staff and large pool with inflatables, would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again if back in Orlando.

The pool was filthy the day we arrived very noticeable from other neighbors pools that were not!!!! We did contact the number provided and they were very nice , stated they would fix that ASAP, but that was not until the next day and it still was filthy till the day we left so not happy about that!! Unable to use something you paid for . The kitchen was large has many gadgets, silverware, dishes, glasses etc, however the pots and pans were disgusting so you may want to bring your own if staying awhile ! Thank goodness I read the previous reviews and brought stuff from home ! Paper products they had were not good so bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. (just come prepared or go to Publix up the street ) . Also the floors were a chunky tile on main floor and had many pitted holes in them throughout the family , kitchen and dining areas. So watch your step ladies..

Was very comfortable & roomy for our family . A bit of a challenge for myself to climb all the stairs , I somehow was under impression one bedroom was down stairs , but we managed. Rooms we exceptionally clean and great size . Nice neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors were friendly and watchful! The game room was great for my kids ( 30,32,44 & 47 ) and my 5 year old grandson ! Barbecue grill was a plus and parking ample for our family. All around great place .

There is nothing I can think of..

The house was big and beautiful! The pool and gameroom were used often! Our entire family enjoyed our stay here! Very family friendly. Play pen and high chair down stairs and crib upstairs which were all very helpful with my one year old! We def hope to come back again!

The game room was too hot to play in I and you can’t change the thermostat or it’ll freeze over it said. The hot tub didn’t work. But that was about it. The fridge handle does need to be fixed though it got a little annoying that the bottom part kept slipping off the top was attached though. Other than that wasn’t bad. I left my bikini there. They should be mailing it to me soon i hope.

It was nice and and clean. It was a very beautiful place. A lot of room with was nice since there was 8 of us. The kids loved the Mickey and minion themed rooms a lot. Really made them excited my 5 year old said it feels like we are at Disney already lol.

Wasn't clean. Hottub Wasn't full. 1st night we Frozen. The last night's it was to hot. Ac was on a timer. Good for some people not others

The location was good. The neighborhood was quiet and it was reasonably close to most attractions (about 30 min).
