Need more towel racks and safety bars in shower. Most important the water pressure in the bathroom sink is very weak and unsatisfactory

Overpriced! Internet doesn’t work well in lobby. Restaurant attached: Blue Lacey - food & service very disappointing. No parking - heard lots of guests complaining about cost of garage/valet across the street. Front desk people not very friendly. Water in my bathroom sink just trickled out - please stop with the silly, unproductive water savers! I’m just running the water longer to brush my teeth & rinse the soap off my hands!

Property is newer, located near restaurants with easy walking, comfortable bed, clean facility.

Bar/ restaurant closes early (9p). HVAC system is a bit loud

Great location in Mueller, near a park and lake, and many restaurants, as well as the children's museum. Fine amenities for a short stay including coffee in the room and bikes available to borrow. We had a small issue with our first room, and the staff addressed it quickly.

Bathroom door. Sliding door, which can be fine, but this had gaps so decreased privacy. TV remote didn’t also work. Gym was small and no lighter free weights.

Centrally located, not from by car or Uber to many places. Treadmills in the gym were food. Front desk staff were nice.

The area is nice but not near the central attractions. (LBJ Library, Capital Driskill Hotel, historic district etc.)

Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Near nice restaurant (Colleen’s Kitchen), Irish Pub and coffee place (Halcyon) and lovely green space and children’s museum.

Parking costs/valet are (like usual) completely pathetic. Parking garage for USD 20 / day directly across the street. European credit cards may not work at the machine there so take cash with you. Still cheaper than valet.

Can’t think of anything!

The hotel felt stylish, new, and clean. We made use of the gym and enjoyed its proximity to all that Mueller has to offer.

We tended to eat out simply as a way of exploring the area. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Muller, surrounded by bars and restaurants. A beautiful park and lake is only a few hundred yards away. I can’t wait to return.

I found the breakfast at Blue Ivy to be pricey. I would have liked a swimming pool as I'm from a colder climate and would enjoy the getaway during winter months. While it's a minor inconvenience, I found the sheets to be hard to sleep on. Perhaps the material wasn't breathable, but it felt very warm, despite the room being very cool.

The location was great, easily accessible and next to many restaurants within walking distance. The valet drivers were prompt, efficient and polite. Probably my favourite part of the stay. While parking is limited, it was nice to have the in / out option during the day/evenings as we came and went.

At the main desk there was a female staff who was a bit short with us. I had originally chalked it up to her having a bad day but she really did seem annoyed each time we interacted with her.

The water saving sink had comedically low water flow.

Staff was Pleasant and welcoming. Eager to assist and make sure I was taken care of. Blue lacy had good food and great drinks. The location of the hotel is great, close to bars, restaurants and beautiful park with a lake.

I could not fault this hotel on anything- it’s perfect.

Everything, the aesthetic, the staff, the bedrooms, the restaurant and bar- this hotel is a real gem 💎. We had a wonderful stay in the Origin Houston, all of the staff including Manager John and everyone we encountered over our three night stay were so welcoming and helpful. This hotel is really beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are comfortable, with premium toiletries in the bathrooms. The bar and restaurant are also great, with great staff, good food and drinks and a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Well done to everyone involved in the running of this hotel- it’s wonderful 👏🏻

Restaurant has small menu selection and inconvenient hours. Lobby has little snack selection.

Likes: clean facility, comfortable bed, great location- close to eateries, shoppes. Little town was decorated nicely for holidays.
