We would definitely stay here again. It's excellent value for money. The apartment is a little dated now so don't expect ultra modern furniture and fittings. We would have liked a safety deposit box to keep valuables. We didn't find one in our apartment. You will need to drive to find decent places to eat out. The local amenities are a bit limited near Publix.

Our apartment was perfect for 5 days self catering in Orlando. We can't fault the cleanliness of the apartment and it suited our needs for the time we were there. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, with plenty of hot water. Great to have use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our apartment ( 4102 #307) was located over at The Reserve, a smaller complex next door to the main complex, It was ideal for the local Publix supermarket which was a 5 minute walk. There is also a brand new pool facility that has just opened here. It's fabulous. Plenty of sun beds, parasols. Families will love this facility for quiet days off from the parks. Communciation from management to access resort and apartment was very good. Parking is plentiful. We had no problems parking right outside our block. Access to Disney, Icon Park, Universal, Sea World and the airport is very easy from this resort, so location is excellent.

The apartment was simple to access on arrival. The apartment was clean and supplied with enough cleaning products to get through the first day or two. The location was excellent with a Publix store very close (2 mins walking). The resort was quite when I was there (late April/ early May) which suited me.

Super easy check-in. There was a Screen to do the check-in and it had a lot of information. You could do late check-out by screen. Everythink was great. We would stay there again!

We only have a few minor observations, toilet flush keeps running and also with 6 people using towels and no hooks to hang them on, it would be a good idea with some extra hooks. One of the locks to the bathroom didn’t work.

The place is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed our meals outside on the terrace, that has a nice view to the lake and track that runs along the lake. The pool area is extremely nice, with exercise room and game room. We had a small issue with our lock and the service guy came quickly and fixed it, so we could be on our way. Very convenient location for all the parks. Publix is just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Our only thought was the pool was very crowded, but that’s only because there was a cheerleading and dance competition that week so there were many, many very active girls running around and a full pool, but this was the ONLY thing we noticed and it was not a reflection of the resort. Just a bit noisy and we dealt with it.

The cooking utensils weren’t the best and the frying pan was terrible, everything we cooked stuck to the surface no matter how much cooking oil we used. Nonstick pans would make life much easier! The air conditioning unit outside the downstairs bedroom was quite noisy when it was running but not so bad that it warranted complaining about. A vacuum cleaner would also have been useful.

Bright and spacious three bed apartment within 15 - 20 minutes of the main theme parks and close to International Drive. Convenient Publix supermarket and some restaurants opposite the resort within walking distance. The resort has its own pools, one of which was heated and a jacuzzi. There is also a gym and arcade room. All round wonderful option if you are looking for a self catering option near to the parks. We would definitely use again.

Really nice property. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. It is well positioned for the theme parks and also easy access to the coast including Kennedy Space centre (1 hour's easy drive). Good on site swimming pool a short walk away.

It was all so easy, the gate code and door code were provided. The apartment was spotless and a great space. Lovely pools and club house. It was just an amazing place to stay, it made our trip.

This is our second stay & both times, it feels like it’s left to the customer to notify them of things not working properly. Even though prompt to fix, I would prefer regular scheduled maintenance evaluations of the room to decrease the chance of making maintenance calls. It’s hard to have maintenance come while you’re trying to vacation. First time, there wasn’t a coffee pot & multiple lights out, this stay, the dishwasher didn’t work. Both times they came right out & went over & beyond but it’s our vacation & we want to make the most of it.

Excellent location & value. It was clean. The pool area & surrounding areas were groomed well. It felt comfortable & safe. The beds were comfortable.

Can’t really fault the place. Maybe having no electric kettle was a slight pain for us brits who like a cup of tea.

The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The bedrooms were all massive, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet and ideal for the parks and restaurants.
