The carpet on the third floor hallway was dirty and it was bunched up near the elevator, which can cause a safety hazard. When we first entered our suite, the floor of the shower was dirty with clear foot prints and the towels appeared to have been used (it was immediately cleaned when I spoke with someone from housekeeping). Additionally, my spouse was concerned about bugs that were crawling up the wall.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the amenities in the suites are great. I also like the proximity to the airport.

Family member had an insects on their bed and in the bathroom however, we were accommodated with a new room.

I like the location near restaurants and shopping centers that were within walking distance.

Pool was chilly, could be heated for winter guests.

BfAst was good variety, kept things refilled, ample seating with size of crowd. Liked the local tv options. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated shuttle services.

The suite was slightly dated. Furniture getting older with damage. Sofa cushions collapse into frame. No washer/dryer. Could have been cleaner at baseboards, under soap holder on bath wall, repairs needed to secure toilet to floor, handgrip in shower.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled nice. It was located next to very decent restaurants. We ate at IHOP and Bonefish Grill. There were several restaurants. Very close to airport with free shuttle. Free Breakfast excellent. Three TVs in our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite.

I liked everything.

Our stay was great, breakfast was good and the room was clean. Seven minutes from the airport, very easy to get around. The pool look great, but to busy to use it. I stay at a few of the other properties before with my daughter that’s how I knew it was a nice place to stay. Thanks a million Kathy Riley from Pennsylvania

Breakfast was average. I believe a piece of kitchen equipment was down, so it was the standard fare, but plentiful. No one appeared to be disappointed. It would be great if you could incorporate some turkey sausage.

The staff. Anthony and Jorge were awesome! They were friendly, personable and accommodating above and beyond expectations. They deserve a raise and a bonus!

Whilst the shuttle was very good, we were unaware that we had to call the hotel once we got through the airport for them to come out. The room was now looking a little dated and tired, but everything worked.

Shuttle was fine and driver back to car rental station were both very good. Reception efficient. Breakfast was prompt for being setup, hot and ideal for what we wanted with cereal, fruit, cold meats, hot, toast/bagels etc/ juice, tea, coffee all being available. Room had everything we wanted for our short stay and perfect for a longer stay to self-cater if you wanted to. Good that there were a few eating/drinking places within a few minutes walk.

The sleeper couch was not comfortable for my 10 year old and the cushions were not great.

Breakfast is a bit wonky, weird miix of Continental and hot. But at this price, well worth it. Main gripe was with the attitude of the reception person that checked us in. Made us swipe card after card for incidentals (room was paid already) on checkin. Cards all declined and the problem ended up being the card machine. No apology from her. Reception person that checked us out was lovely though.

Location brilliant for the airport. Also has plenty of dining or takeaway options on the doorstep. Rooms are a great size and everything was clean.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I was appreciative of Anthony at the concierge and the shuttle bus driver that drove me to the airport. Both men were hospitable and friendly. My driver drove me to the airport at 4am on July 10th, 2023 - I can't recall his name, but he was awesome.

Anthony at the concierge was one of the most dedicated and hospitable front desk personnel I have ever encountered. He was so hospitable and understanding, despite the fact that I checked in very late and was scrambling to find a hotel room last minute. I cannot thank and recommend Anthony enough. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances (my flight was re-booked to the following day on short notice and I had to find a hotel room ASAP).

breakfast was chaotic. not enough food, plates, cups. continually running out and they basically stopped putting new stuff out at 945 even though there was a line of people waiting. Guests would try to say a specific item was out and the staff rolled their eyes

clean, breakfast included , super staff. Jezebel the front manager, was very helpful with resolving a booking issue. the young man scheduled Saturday evening and back again Sunday morning was very kind, especially to my grandson who looked up to him.

The only problem we had was that the driver of bus to take us to airport was late arriving to work, we were signed up to take the 5am bus, the driver showed up at 5:35!😡

We arrived early to check in, because we just got off of a Disney cruise, Jazal was working front desk, amazing!!! Our room was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool!!!
