No room for chair or small dining table in room. It did have a small bench, but used it to sit luggage on.

Very pleased with our accommodations. We had a king room on upper level. Bed was very comfortable, and room was very clean. No chair or table in room so you sat on bed to watch TV, but nice park bench outside your room to enjoy the fantastic views. From the location you can walk to everywhere in town. We stayed two nights.

Room was slightly on small side for family of 4. Plastic cutlery for breakfast.

Carmen and Brett were so friendly, helpful, interesting and lovely, they really made our holiday! Location was perfect. Breakfast was great, especially the waffles! Happy hour free cookies and wine were also very welcome! Great local walks up to Box Canyon.

Fantastic location, staff were wonderful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was a bonus and the free wine and cookies at night were a lovely added touch.

Pillows were kind of bulky.

The room was spacious, clean, and warm. The bed was really comfortable! And the shower had good temperature and pressure. We had a great time chatting with the staff during their complimentary wine & cookie happy hour, really nice people that gave us great recommendations!

The location was 10/10 We liked the breakfast options and also the happy hour thing that the owners setup everyday for a couple of hours. Will definitely stay here if we visit Ouray!

Parking lot , was asked to park on street for snow removal and very inconvenient as there was no were to park. Once snow was removed it was fine. But space was definitely limited.

Outlet plugs for phone was not easy to access, could not charge next to my bed. Loud buzz coming from the refrigerator area, bothered me at night to I got a fan from the office. That was it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and very clean, safe feeling. Location was great to walk to stores etc...

Thin walls are common in older motels so be prepared. It’s not a dealbreaker really. You’re in Ouray to get out and explore, not hole up in a hotel room. Guests who stay here are respectful so it’s not a “noisy” crowd.

Retro motel tucked away on a side street. Walkable to anywhere in Ouray. The rooms are super clean and beds are comfortable! The common area is a great spot to have coffee and meet fellow guests. Pretty grounds and convenient parking. Friendliest innkeepers around!

It met all of our expectations.

Very clean....... Inn Keepers were very friendly and helpful. The Inn was close to all the downtown restaurants. Great views and close to hiking paths.

The mini-fridge was slightly too cold and didn't have any knob to adjust the temperature. My tub of hummus and cans of sparkling water came out icy but luckily my beer was fine.

I stayed a week in February and the wifi speed was great for working remotely. The location was super convenient to get to the restaurants, bars, grocery store, liquor store, and main ice climbing companies in town. The staff was really helpful with any small things that I needed.

Wish the rooms were a little more updated.

The rooms are simply a little dated, but over all we had an incredible stay & felt the room was properly priced for the area. The owners were present, kind, and helpful. The morning breakfast was above and beyond your average continental breakfast. Homemade biscuits and gravy! We loved our stay and will come back!

The people staying in the room next to us were loud and disruptive. They would show up to their room every night between 12:30am-1:00am they made so much noise that sounded like bumping into the wall and repetitively opened and closed their front door. They talked so loud we could hear them like we were sitting in the room with them. They wouldn’t get quiet till about 3:00am so that was super annoying and didn’t help that it was a foreign language, but that’s our only major complaint.

The location was just a block off the main street, so walking distance to everything. It was small so not many people which was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were decent for the price and size of establishment. We would definitely stay here again.
