Lower floor rooms can be noisy due to street traffic. The room itself was quite small and AC/utilities were somewhat loud. The fixtures in the bathroom were subpar (shelf over the sink was loose/tilted). Elevators were very small.

Great location right in Times Square. Close to subway access, stores and restaurants/bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Entry was secured at night and felt very safe as well as keycard access required for the elevator.

AC did not work/cool. Room was not cleaned at all twice during a 7-day stay. Most sockets did not connect very well so I could not charge my phone next to my bed

Good location. And, Our housekeeper who was responsible for floor six was super professional. She did a good job cleaning our room daily and got it done fast.

The room is really small, but we were out all day so we only slept in it. I didn't like taking the deposit at check in because we had to wait for almost one month after we checked out to get the money back on our account.

Location is the best, when you step out the hotel you are literally at Times square. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful.

There could be a fridge in the room. There could be tea and coffee in the room.

The location was perfect. The room was much smaller than I thought it would be. The photos online made it a bit tricky to see the size. The construction work was annoying but I understand it was unavoidable.

there was virtually no water pressure, the shower was extremely difficult to get shampoo/conditioner rinsed out. the shower/bathroom was TINY- thankfully I’m a very thin person because it was only 18”x30” even still, lots of mold in the shower the bed sat on a very thin/flimsy frame & it squeaked each time I moved no mini fridge or microwave- for the rates charged- it should probably offer that

Obviously being in New York it was loud with cars beeping. But even then the hotel gives you earplugs 😂. The only other thing that bothered me was that the water turned brown sometimes in my apartment toilet and sink

It was close to quite literally everything, short walk from place to place and I found it quite clean

I would expect a fridge a kettle a toiletry in a 4 star hotel , I did not pay attention and noticed now that they were not included in ads or ticket tough. anyway , my room was clean but small and the heater was running a bit loudly.

location was at the very heart of times thankfully Shakira gave a pop up new album mini concert I had the chance to see her just by luck. secondly free luggage storage room after check out was great suprıse

The rooms are really small. Walking around the bed requires some bending over to avoid hitting the TV on the wall kinda small! I had problems with heating in 2 rooms, first had no heating, second sounded like a jet engine in the room with the heating on. Staff moved me immediately and were extremely helpful though

Location, Location, Location! Really could't be any better, literally a 30sec walk to times square. The staff were so friendly and helpful. As a place to sleep and be close to all of the action, couldn't get better.

The heater was extremely loud and difficult to sleep through as it kicked on through the night. Ended up turning it off, and that was fine as it didn't get too cold overnight.

Great location, lobby was very clean and updated. Room was basic but provides everything you need. Wonderful value and met my expectations!
