Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking lot was dark and needed more lights. The hotel needs to provide a smoking area away from the main entrance. Numerous smokers were gathered smoking at the front entrance and all guests had to pass through them.
The room was clean and newly remodeled.

Bathroom mirror and sink faucet had not been cleaned when we first entered the room. Bathroom outlets did not work in our room.
Well kept rooms. Decent breakfast offerings. Helpful staff. Nice clean exercise room. Not too much noise despite being in between a major road and the railroad tracks.

When checking out, the clerk wasn't at the desk and I had to wait until she returned to ask a question. She wasn't very nice and acted as if we were bothering her.

The only thing that would have made our trip perfect would be if there was a high chair in the breakfast area. Our 1.5 year old had to use a regular chair and of course, she took a tumble off of it.
Right on Richmond Road, central to everything. The pool was a little cold, but didn’t stop us from having fun. Anytime we had questions, the staff was very helpful. The AC stayed cool, plenty of towels, comfy beds. Breakfast had a great mixture of hot, cold, and other choices. Full size Dove products in the bathroom were nice.

The room had a musty smell and there were chips out of the floor with dirt and hair left on it.
Easy access to local sites and s close to restaurants. Friendly staff and decent selection for breakfast.

The only thing was the staff. The manager nice but the rest of the staff did not have smiles on their faces. No good morning One complained unhappily it wasn’t her day to work but had to come in to train another person. The front desk guy who checked in was no smiles, had to greet him. Customer service is important when working in hospitality.
Everything was great. Rooms were beautiful-think newly renovated place. Breakfast was fulfilling. We even met the manager Mayur and he is super friendly.

Late night, early morning train outside the room. Request a room closer to the street so you aren't woken up repeatedly.
Breakfast was typical free breakfast, really salty sausages and eggs. Waffles, potatoes. The coffee machine was really inefficient. A simple caraffe of coffee to supplement the latte machine would be a good addition

Could have had some more luggage carriers for check in.
Great variety for breakfast, fridge and microwave in room were a plus. Indoor Pool was great to have, and the service from the management and staff was excellent!

Bathroom is small, and there’s no closet or hangers. Loud train passed just a few feet from the hotel a couple of times during the night.
Very comfortable mattress, 46” Samsung TV, lovely beside wall sconce lights, strong wifi (11 MB download speed), quiet window airco unit, breakfast included scrambled eggs/sausage/waffles/juice.

Breakfast was a fiasco. No coffee cups, no creamer for coffee, no yogurt, no fruit. Hot foods ran out before breakfast ended, including eggs, potatoes, no waffle batter.
