The fact that they tried to get me to attend their time share meeting. Was getting parking pass and they gave their speel. Also it says busch gardens is less than a mile away. To which that is particularly true. You can see the park from there but u have to cross 5 lanes of traffic and railroad tracks to get there. My advice is get an Uber or Lyft to the park. Round trip for me was less than the $35 for parking at the park.

The property was clean and super welcoming! My family had such a good time at the pool. They also enjoyed the game room. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely be returning next time we go to water country!

The elevator went down on Saturday, so we had to use the stairs in 80+ degrees. Luckily, it was working before we had to check out and didn't have to lug the luggage down the stairs.

We got to enjoy the game room, and the kids loved the playground.

We wanted to extend our stay one more night, however they aren’t able to book rooms at all on site. You need to go through the booking service that you originally booked through. We ended up having to go to another resort for our last night in town.

We liked everything.

The presidential suites, which are individual homes, are wonderful. The one we stayed in was so spacious and an open layout that was perfect for our group of five adults. There were two seperate living areas on the main floor. Upstairs were three bedrooms which included a master bedroom with an awesome large private bath and king bed, a bedroom with a queen and another with two twin beds along with a full bath in the hallway. The home had 2 1/2 baths, so there was a powder room on the main floor. The beds were super comfortable. It was an overall great place to stay. We were in Williamsburg visiting family who lives in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

The toilets were hard to flush and the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower.

The location is very close to Busch Gardens and could even see the park from the 3rd floor balcony. The room was huge and well worth a little extra compared to surrounding hotels.

There was no chair in the bedroom if you wanted to remain in that room and sit up but not on the bed. The mattress was a little too hard. So it wasn't as comfortable as we'd like.

The location was good, the staff was nice. We were there for rest. Enjoyed the game room. It's a little small but cute. Everything was nice and clean. Like that there were so many restaurants nearby. Bush Gardens was in view. Would recommend this location.

I did not like how small the room was, especially the kitchen area. The refrigerator door would hit the chair at the table. The shower pressure was very low. This is not the hotels fault, but I need to let it be known that there is a train nearby that rides by day and night and sometimes even blows the horn. I did not like that, but after the first night I did not pay it any mind. I also wish that they would invest in an indoor pool.

The staff were extremely friendly, we were greeted with smiles and laughter. Check-in was a breeze. I liked that there was an elevator, because carrying luggage up three floors would have been a nightmare. I liked that the room had hardwood floors in the living area. I liked the walk in shower and the beautiful led mirrors in the bathrooms. Everything was clean and cozy. It is very close to Busch Gardens and we were able to view their fireworks display on New Years Eve right from the balcony of the hotel.
