They didnt have a king bedroom, had to take a double. Just about everything was in disrepair. From lamps broken to microwave not heating. Bedding on the beds were put on haphazdly. Staff indifferent.

There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the night.

The place looked like a disaster. Being remodeled with no professional with it at all should've been a lot more clean up. You're part of the put the icing on the cake was. I had no hot water to take a shower the very next day. They said that the manager was gonna come up and make sure I did and I never saw him so I can't give it a good rating. The breakfast in the morning was okay. And the people treated as nice, but we don't have no hot water. There's no excuse for that.

The lady behind the desk did everything possible to help us with our accommodations.I was very pleased

The pool wasn’t available to use and was the reason we picked this hotel. The staff had small children running all around the lobby area and were often standing in the doorway smoking (the staff, not the children!)

The pool was closed even though it looked ok. Their complimentary breakfast was a joke. Consistent of 3 pieces of bread for toast and some cereal. The phone was missing from my room. I asked staff three different times for extra towels and soap. My door handle on my room was barely attached.

We had a sister suite and room 133 had a large patch of black mold above the shower head I notified staff verbally and the GM via email. For a refund for are 1st night. Sill haven’t heard back from anyone

The breakfast was not appealing and most hotels in tourist areas have at the minimum a Waffle maker station set up. This was one of the worst hotel breakfast areas I’ve seen at a hotel in some time.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU LITERALLY HAD TO SHUT THE DOOR WITH YOUR WHOLE BODY. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY BLANKETS AND THE REGRIGERATOR WAS OLD AND NOT STABLE. ALSO, THERE WERE HOLES IN THE SHEET AND THE PULL OUT BED HAD A BLOOD STAIN.

THE ONLY THING THAT WENT WELL WAS LOCATION. IT WAS CLOSE TO BUSCH GARDENS AND THE SPLASH PARK
