extended my stay and was charged extra for not checking out, then coming back in 4 hours hotel wasn’t even busy, unless you consider the drug addicts staying there. one actually overdosed and died

the room lacked cleanliness, the bathroom I had to clean to use the shower. the stained towels, damaged lamps, it should be cheaper it is not a place for that price, the pool the green water could not be used

The staff kicked my daughter and her friend out before they even got to stay the 2nd night because they had a couple friends with them. The woman didn't even let them retrieve all of their luggage from the room, and she called the cops on them while using offensive language.

The hotel was great according to my daughter. The beds were big and comfy. It was a great hotel overall and a good deal.

This was probably one of the most disgusting hotels we've ever stayed at. If it was for more than one night, we would have went somewhere else. I thought my feet were black from wearing sandals. Washed them....they were black just from walking in the room barefoot. Blood on the wall in the bathroom, stained sheets and pillow cases. Paper thin walls. Loud people. You get what you pay for, folks.

The location was decent. 15 minutes from Disney. The staff were really friendly when I checked in.

Did not like the room, everything is falling apart, dirty and in need of updating or repairs. We stayed here out of unfortunate circumstances, and though the staff was wonderful we won't ever go back.

Out of all of the negative aspects, the front desk was helpful, and the staff friendly.

I was put in a room with a conjoined door and I could hear the people next to me having sex, a dog barking all night, and some guy banging on the door for 30 mins straight and my kid woke up crying.

The female working behind the counter was very rude with me and tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price. Then the room smelled had a bad roach problem and the water never got very hot also the floor was so dirty that my feet were black just from walking 25 feet and it was very gritty. After my initial 3 days was over I had to stay 1 more night and the woman tried to charge me $78 when they have a flat cash rate of $70 telling me that I had to use the same rate I had when I first got there which was actually $56 per night for 3 nights. When I explained that to her she began to get very loud with me and argued that I had only been there for 2 days at $78 but that she would do me a favor and give me the $70 deal. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The size and setup of the room was very good. The bed was mostly comfortable and the couch was in excellent condition. The mini fridge has a big freezer on it too.

We got a message from Hotel Management a night before our check-in that there will be no food on location. There was water on room floor. Washroom was not working properly.

The 1st room had roaches, bedding, and towels had stains. The other guest was noisy and just from my opinion it look like a lot of drug users on property.

The staff responded to my request in a timely manner. I also like that property is pet friendly and reasonable

Room condition and overall hotel condition extremely dated, in desperate need of some TLC. Cracked ceiling, cobwebs, door chain that doesn’t work, no tub stopper, desk lamp bulb dead.

Location is prime for business in the area.
