Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Checked in during a shift change, weird interaction, not great customer service. The room looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while, even the shower floor looked stained dirty (I didn’t use the shower). AC / Heat extremely loud in unit, woke up every time it roared on.

Internet had a poor connection and was interrupted at times. Minimal tv channels. Room was not as clean as I’m used to.

I have stayed at this hotel before and a staff was wonderful, made you feel welcomed, quiet and I enjoyed my stay. When I checked out I said I would be back on my next time thru. They have changed management again and it just does not have the same welcoming feeling. Did not have that feeling that my vehicle was safe outside. People were sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Very noisy. People loud & in/out of rooms all night. TV & music were loud.
Easy access off/on freeway.

The room was dirty alot of flies and bugs we killed at least 3 spiders shower was dirty had to clean before use the light kept blinking in and out in bathroom

Couldn’t take a shower when we arrived, wasn’t able to pull the shower handle. It needs to be lubricated. I was staying in room 130.

I didn't like the pubic hair and head hair that was all over one of the pillows. The rooms smell like mold/mildew

The ice machines didn't work, which would've been nice to know beforehand. The room keys weren't working at first, then when I went to get me ones the manager informed me that that room was still occupied (I could've walked into someone's room!). The TV was burnt out. The doors and walls were very thin and all the traffic and parking lot noises filtered right in (resuscitate the rabbit that got killed in the middle of the night). For $100/ night I expected a fridge
The check-in clerk and manager were very pleasant, despite having technical issues.

Good enough, I just needed a bed & privacy. Wouldn’t stay again. Convenient to freeway.
No breakfast, coffee only in lobby. Not even tea available. Desk chair in room dirty some kind of greasy substance on it.

The climate control is horrific. The first two rooms on my visit didn't have air conditioning, on a hot day. The final room had good air conditioning but no heater. It's that time of year where it's hot during the day and cold in the morning. I was shocked the first two rooms they put me and didn't have working air conditioner. For all my hassle on my one night visit I asked if I need a discount when I had to move to a third room and he said he gave me one but I did not get a discount.

The type of people in the area seem a little shady. I was pulling a trailer and had a lot of stuff in my truck. There seems to be a drug and possibly homeless issue in the area so it makes me a bit nervous leaving my vehicle. The room wasn't very clean and the sheets looked dirty.
The staff was nice and it's one of the cheaper places to stay in the area.
