Pool heater not working. No heat on in the pool room. It was broke two months prior also. We have stayed here a few times. The safe was also not in the room as usual. We had requested a bathtub and got a shower.

Usually they have towels out for the guests for the pool. Had to ask this time. I was wanting a tub. I was told they had no rooms with a tub, but we had same type room on same floor with a tub last time. The key card would not work at the main door for the pool entrance. I was told probably needed new batteries. Two hours later it apparently still needed new batteries.

Close to Cypress TX. The indoor pool was great.

Having to ask for clean towels every day was annoying. Not having daily maid service was unexpected. The breakfast was convenient, but not tasty.

Room A/C sounded like it was freezing up.

The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff were very friendly. I really liked the having mobile room key to use. I also like the location of the hotel that it was easy to get to the restaurants and attractions nearby.

The King size bed was very hard. There seemed to be no cushion top and it was a very solid mattress.

The room location allowed easy access to parking lot. The room was also very nice.

I had requested a room on the top floor 2 weeks prior to our arrival, but when we got there the room wasn't ready and we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the roof.😔

Nice, spacious, clean, well maintained hotel with great studio apartment-like room. We really enjoyed having the complete kitchen in our room!

Internet was terrible. I called front desk and they said that was just how it was. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. I was very disappointed bc I needed the internet to get some things done for work.

When i checked in there was a smell like boo boo. I didn't know where it came from but once I checked in the cart I used to load my things just so happen to be the issue. I didn't notice until I loaded my things on it and went to my room and the smell was on all my bags. The worst... I then smelled the cart and immediately smelled it on there. I then went to the front desk to complain and the same lady helped me her name starts with L but I'm sorry I just know she was African American and so nice. She gave me supplies they had spray and all to try and clean my things but the smell was still present on some of my things so I had to go and buy some stuff to take it out. Also the next day I ran out of towels and needed sheets after 2 days and when I went to desk the Mexican lady there told me to wait in the room for more. After 4-5 hours of no towels or sheets I called and requested at least to have towels because I wanted to take a bath and she told me to come down and get it which made me upset because I had already went down there and was frustrated for waiting. So I didn't go and she came down herself after a little while which was nice. Other than that she was nice and the room was perfect.

I loveeee the room. Everything about the room I loved. Also the woman who checked me in was veryyy nice and explained everything perfectly and was very helpful the whole time I was there she was perfect.

The elevators were the only drawback because they were a bit slow and the last day only one was working.

The property felt like a safe haven for my family and I after the Houston Wind Storm on 5/16/24.

On your website, through which I booked the room, it stated that 7 adults could stay in the room. We were traveling with family to a wedding and had 3 kids and 3 adults. When we arrived, we found that the room was 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed- room for 4 people, Max. We had to book an additional room for our family. Very disappointed in the misleading booking. Will not use booking.com again.
