We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe woke up there third morning to a puddle on the kitchen floor, and the ceiling dripping… but a quick call to the front desk and it was resolved. Didn’t leak at all the next night. I was just glad it didn’t affect the electrical at all.
Beautiful, nice music playing as you come in the door, smelled glorious!

United States of AmericaThis is an order facility that is indefinite need of renovations. The bathroom is very tiny and The walkout vanity is right next to the toilet so there's not really any privacy if somebody wants to get ready while someone else wants to use the restroom. The plumbing is very old and does not function very well as far as toilet functioning and hot water. I was able to take a shower without using any cold water because at best it was medium warm. Everything was clean, but this is not the place to stay if you're going to have more than one person using the restroom.
The location was very safe and very comfortable. The staff in this hotel was exceptional! The breakfast bar was very nice!

United States of AmericaHad to stay in smaller room first two nights of our vacation due to AC issues. One bedroom suite: AC was leaking in room and reported to manager. Two bedroom suite was our reserved room and We were able to get in third night. Was not as clean as we hoped but very comfortable.
Manager: Gabrielle is best hotel manager we have met in all of our travels past 20 years. She is very friendly and welcoming and resolves any issues in a timely manner. Will stay again if she is still manager.

The carpet was dirty, left dark marks on my white socks; tile floor was sticky; the paper towel holder was only attached to the wall on one side. Worst maintained Residence Inn I’ve ever been in, huge disappointment!

United States of AmericaBoth the televisions that we used were often times slow or lost signal. The main door had to be lifted slightly to be able to lock it. The pillows were not comfortable.
The breakfast was decent for the price though I would have liked more options. Also, the fireplace in the room and the kitchen utensils were both useful.

United States of AmericaA smoking fee was placed on my account because one of the employees said I smelled like smoke. I Had to have someone to come check my room at 1:45 am to clear it up! The fee still wasn’t taken off my account until I spoke with the manager on duty Mr. Alexander. He is the only reason why I would consider coming back to this location. He was very understanding and apologized for the incident.

Everyone is sweet and has a 💙❤ its hard to find tht kind of environment. It was the best time I can ask for. Food was awesome. Clean room. Towels and sheets when needed. Room service when needed.. Felt like luxury and a celeb 😂😂 please try it out...so loved here. And safe surroundings.
