We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great room layout and entire hotel was very clean. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. Thanks so much for the upgrade as it really was appreciated! Coffee was good - breakfast was only ok compared to other Marriott property offerings.

Hot tub was broken upon arrival. Indoor pool was not heated. Was supposed to have a king size suite. Wound up with a queen size bed. TVs kept going in and out. Remotes did not work properly. Mold was found in the kitchenette. General manager Bob was very rude and dismissal.
