The room was small-ish and a bit crowded. The tap water was a bit weird. The staff offered bottled water and I declinec, but if I go back I may stick to bottled.

The decor was nice. The staff was very pleasant and tried to help with my needs.

The first night it was noisy and we woke up a few times but we got used to the noise in the following nights.

The location of the hotel was very good. we were able to walk to many tourist attractions on foot. it was also very easy to use the subway as the hotel was close to many subway stops. The shower works very well in the rooms. The general cleanliness of the room was not very good, but since the housekeeping worked well, I can say that the cleaning was mediocre. Towels and bedspreads were changed every day. The coffee and pastry service in the lobby every morning was very good. however, some mornings when we arrived we found that the coffee had run out and was not refilled.

The room was a little small

the location is perfect: right in the heart of soho, super close to little italy and china town, all major designer stores are a 5-10 min walk away. The room is just what you pay for: a little small, but clean bed, clean towels every day and a shower that works well. Super friendly young staff; the reception is 24/7, always available to give extra towel at whatever time of the day. You could also leave your baggage there for free until needed. Coffee and cookies available in the lobby in the morning, lemonade available thought the day.

A dated hotel with very small rooms.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Located on the border of little Italy and Chinatown and just 2 blocks from the subway that will take you anywhere you want to go. The staff are friendly and offered good service and information on the local area. There is a laundromat across the road. It is self service or they will do the laundry for you at very reasonable prices.

Our room was at the front side of the hotel , the intersection is very busy even during night time . Even though smoking wasn't allowed someone was smoking on our level which made the whole floor level smell like smoke

The location of the hotel was about 5 to 10 mins walk from the subway , also within walking distance to Chinatown and little Italy . The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

the hotel doesn't have the amenity like kitchennet, no fridge or microwave due to the room size. can't argue with that since it's in lower Manhattan

The room was not cleaned. Sheets were t changed Stayed for 3 days. The bed was just made. Had soap 1st day? didn't realize until late at night that the soap was discarded and we had no replacement .

The room was fine and very clean, but as soon as I got onto the bed it was very noisy. It seemed on the left side it was a little dented but it was still comfortable and I slept very well.

The location of the hotel was really convenient. The staff treated me great and were super informational with breakfast information and where to find things in the hotel.

We didn't get the room we booked. We booked especially a bigger room for our needs, but when we arrived, they gave us a standard room. After complaining about it, they said that all other rooms were occupied and that they gave us the same room as booked. We know it is not the same room, cause it does not look like as in the pictures and it is the second time we are staying at that hotel- we are familiar with the different room sizes!
