The air conditioning cut or on last night and wouldn’t come back on which was slightly uncomfortable, and could have done with laundry facilities like battery park Sonder, even just a small laundry room

The room was spacious but not as clean as I am used to from accommodation of this type. Using the gym in the morning was frustrating as the concierge who has the access card to the gym was often absent from his/her station downstairs, meaning some days I couldn't do a workout.

The expandable couch is not recommended for sleeping on it. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. On top there was a construction site next door and they started each morning at 7am!

Hard beds. Sleeping sofa in living room was worn down and not so comfortable. In sonder app there was recommended nearby grocery store but there were on uptown Manhattan over an hour walking from the apartment. There were closer stores but they were not on the app. One window in the living room were not quite closed so the wind made a noise in blowing true the side. Noise from construction working before 6 am.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had been overused and as a result it was tilted and had a dip in the middle that caused us back pain. Also the shower was weird and only had a mounted shower head.

Spacious apartment with quite a high spec, nice safe location near the ferry terminals to Roosevelt Island, Brooklyn and Staten Island. There’s an Irish pub two doors away called The Stout which has fab food and selection of drinks. Small rooftop with nice loungers and a big lounge area you can use

The mattress in the sofabed wasn't comfortable at all. If the hotel promotes the room for 3 people, they should make sure that all of the mattress are in the best condition possible, and not only the one on the bed.

The room had a lot of space, the kitchen had all the things necessary to cook. There were groceries stores and subway stations very close by. The staff was very helpful and when we ask for some things to be fixed they did so right away

Some construction was going on right next door, but of course this will only be that loud for a while. No sponge or tea towel to wash and dry the dishes and the dish washer isn’t very effective.

The bedroom was too small for a double bed, had to climb in on one side. Bathroom sink cracked, dirty corners and generally old fashioned bathroom

Beds were not comfortable, both the bed in the bedroom and especially the opening sofa bed in the living room. TV was complicated to operate. Staff were mostly unfriendly.

Great location near Fulton station. Spacious room. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Check in process was easy using the app. Tastefully decorated. A sense of privacy and peacefulness. Clean and tidy.

Small, hard beds, crappy curtains, uncomfortable showers.

The location is near perfect. Although FiDi is a boring place, it has perfect connection to all that matters as a tourist. There’s no way you should travel more than 45 min to any neighbourhood that is interesting. And walking downtown manhattan is easily done. With supermarkets around the place, Grubhub and some basic restaurants you can easily have a day for saving a little so you can eat out better on other days ☺️

No bedside lockers/table to put phone or charger etc.

Absolutely no idea that there were other rooms occupied, no slamming doors, no noise except a little from the street, and that was only the odd siren.

Unfortunately the construction noise is a lot. I know it’s out of their control but just be prepared. They give you a noise machine and ear plugs but it’s pretty disruptive. Also there were quite a few cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling that needed to be cleaned up

It was a very pretty property with a decent amount of restaurants and shop. It is a bit out of the way of the tourist area though so be prepared to always take the subway places.

This is right next to a construction site currently. Not the hotel's fault. They start at 7am! So there is a lot of noise from then Also vent in our bathroom fell down from roof - on last night so not a big issue, just reminded me it is a hotel

As always in Manhattan, building work next door was loud - nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix though.
