Beds were not good, apartment was like a labyrinth.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had been overused and as a result it was tilted and had a dip in the middle that caused us back pain. Also the shower was weird and only had a mounted shower head.

Spacious apartment with quite a high spec, nice safe location near the ferry terminals to Roosevelt Island, Brooklyn and Staten Island. There’s an Irish pub two doors away called The Stout which has fab food and selection of drinks. Small rooftop with nice loungers and a big lounge area you can use

The mattress in the sofabed wasn't comfortable at all. If the hotel promotes the room for 3 people, they should make sure that all of the mattress are in the best condition possible, and not only the one on the bed.

The room had a lot of space, the kitchen had all the things necessary to cook. There were groceries stores and subway stations very close by. The staff was very helpful and when we ask for some things to be fixed they did so right away

Some construction was going on right next door, but of course this will only be that loud for a while. No sponge or tea towel to wash and dry the dishes and the dish washer isn’t very effective.

The bedroom was too small for a double bed, had to climb in on one side. Bathroom sink cracked, dirty corners and generally old fashioned bathroom

Beds were not comfortable, both the bed in the bedroom and especially the opening sofa bed in the living room. TV was complicated to operate. Staff were mostly unfriendly.

Great location near Fulton station. Spacious room. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. Check in process was easy using the app. Tastefully decorated. A sense of privacy and peacefulness. Clean and tidy.

Small, hard beds, crappy curtains, uncomfortable showers.

The location is near perfect. Although FiDi is a boring place, it has perfect connection to all that matters as a tourist. There’s no way you should travel more than 45 min to any neighbourhood that is interesting. And walking downtown manhattan is easily done. With supermarkets around the place, Grubhub and some basic restaurants you can easily have a day for saving a little so you can eat out better on other days ☺️

No bedside lockers/table to put phone or charger etc.

Absolutely no idea that there were other rooms occupied, no slamming doors, no noise except a little from the street, and that was only the odd siren.

Unfortunately the construction noise is a lot. I know it’s out of their control but just be prepared. They give you a noise machine and ear plugs but it’s pretty disruptive. Also there were quite a few cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling that needed to be cleaned up

It was a very pretty property with a decent amount of restaurants and shop. It is a bit out of the way of the tourist area though so be prepared to always take the subway places.

This is right next to a construction site currently. Not the hotel's fault. They start at 7am! So there is a lot of noise from then Also vent in our bathroom fell down from roof - on last night so not a big issue, just reminded me it is a hotel

Nothing horrible. I was just surprised by the condition of the vanity in the bathroom and some of the elements in the room. Vinyl covered particle board is a bad choice for a bathroom. The shower curtain let water flow onto the bathroom floor because it was set too high. Just little details like this.

The location was great and the size of the studio apartment was generous. The kitchen had everything I needed and the digital key was easy to use. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure. The kitchen had a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas range, refrigerator and convection/microwave oven. Had an iron and ironing board. For city sounds it also had a white-noise generator which was great at night. Generous closet and dresser.

The toilets seemed to have some issues with flushing, but I guess that's an easily solvable issue. Otherwise, it was definitely dim in the flat - it could use some more lighting.

The amount we paid for what we got definitely exceeded my expectations. We had two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a large living room with a TV and pullout couch and a full kitchen (no oven, but everything else). There were several food and coffee options right outside and we were about 3 blocks from the main subway lines. Definitely impressed.

One bathroom had a toilet leak, the other one had problems with the water in the sink not draining properly. Seems like these problems were mentioned in past reviews, so it’s unfortunate they haven’t been fixed. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows and got its ventilation from the building’s ventilation system, which was very loud and annoying especially during the night. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do to stop it.

The position is great, at walking distance from the World Trade Center, Wall Street and the Brooklyn bridge. The flat was very spacious for us (4 adults and 1 child), and the kitchen has everything you need for a few days. It was very clean, and the staff is always willing to help, very nice and responsive.
