I really would have preferred having drawers for my clothing. I don't like "living out of a suitcase" while on vacation. Also, the first night the pool was awesome. The last couple of nights, it had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. and the water had a white looking substance that looked like soap floating in it.

I loved the location. I wanted to be within 30 minutes of tours and attractions. But did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Memphis. Springhill Suites was perfect for my getaway. With resturants galore and shopping nearby for those essentials that you forgot to pack, this hotel was very convenient. I stayed here about 9 years ago and will be back soon.

Room was close to the pool so it was always humid. Refrigerator was so cold it froze everything and no way to turn it down. There is one drawer so you have to hang up or keep stuff in your suitcase. The sofa was dirty. If you have a sofabed you should probably leave sheets and blankets in the rooms. 2 towels to begin with it not enough. Had to ask the desk for all these items. Could've been cleaner also! I love having a ceiling fan, but keep the thing clean! Ours was not. The breakfast was ok. No waffle maker, no toaster. Provided bagged bagels but no way to toast. And no sliced bread at all. The 10 kids in the pool were quite rowdy and loud. I could hear them from down the hall. The lighting in the bathroom is too dark. No light over the shower and it was just dark.

Location was good, Front desk staff members were very friendly and accommodating, beds were comfy. I like that they close the entrance at 10 and you can only get in with a key, so random people can't come in.

Bathroom was in rough shape. Peeling wallpaper, rusty and missing grout. Just a poor looking room for the price.

They guest laundry was out of service. Guests expect as they should that all amenities are in working order. Had we known this we would not have stayed at this hotel.

There was black mold in the bathroom and no vent. The TV stand took up most of the walkway in the room. The air conditioner didn't work very well and I sweat most of the night. The chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned your eyes just walking into the room. The fire water spicket in the bathroom was rusted through and then was painted to make it look new. The front desk person couldn't find my reservation, then he couldn't figure out the credit card machine. Most of the staff didn't speak English very well and I was given the wrong receipt before I left. The waffle machine wasnt available for breakfast. For the price I expect better than this.

There was any employees at the hotel no one to clean no bedding or clean towels no breakfast have to clean out in room urine around the toilet and tub area no elevator not working over charged my card for a very nasty hotel the worst place I have ever stayed in then someone in a budget truck hit my vehicle in the hotel parking lot.

Some toilets did not flush effectively . one toilet was not bolted down and the toilet seat was broken room 115. the man preparing the food with his gloves on dug in his crouch scratched his upper back all while having his gloves on and continuing to prepare the food. It was disgusting Room 116 curtains were torn and the liner was missing so I pinned the curtains together The door to 118 was FILTHY THE CARPET Filthy AND TORN Apart. Barely anyone spoke English so very difficult to get any information To top it off I was double billed the manager argued about it and I was at the bank looking at the double billing When I arrived back at the hotel a heavy large over sized female popped from out of the office and angrily attempted to confront me I spoke and kept walking. The afternoon Indian female desk clerk was ALWAYS RUDE AND SARCASTIC I ask for quarters too do laundry. She replied wdont have changed why would we I replied your hotel has washers She replied we don't take cash so we don't give it and made the discuss sound If you want to waste $and be spoken harshly to please visit this place

The ice machines were out. The dryer for the facility didn’t work to dry your clothes so you had to hang dry anything you washed. They carried no change on site so you had to get it from another hotel or gas station. The pool was out for the entire time we were there. Thurs-Sunday. It was a terrible experience here.

The location was the only thing good about this place.

There was a musty/smoky smell to our room. The shower pressure was not the best.

I liked the convenience of location to everything. The breakfast each morning was great and the hostess was very friendly. Room was a suite style so it was very spacious. Would stay here again!

Hotel was under staffed. Unsupervised kids made swimming in pool hazardous. Handicap lift that was meant to help disabled people in and out of pool wasn't working. I assume the hot tub wasn't working. Asked about the functioning procedures and was told "if its not working go to the hotel behind us and use theirs"

Room seemed to be clean. Room was spacious. Check out was easy.

The hotel was in a safe/quite area with so many food options within walking distance. The entire hotel was clean and all of the employees we encountered was super nice and helped in any way to make our stay more enjoyable.
