The maid came by at 11:00 asking if we done and checking out yet and check out time is 12:00. Did not like that. The air conditioner was musty smelling. The room had a really strong cleaning smell to it. It set my allergies off. The bed was very lumpy. It was like trying to sleep on Mount Everest. No extra towels or pillows.

I like the breakfast., they even had turkey sausage. I like that since I don’t eat pork. Parking was good. Parked close to the door. Upon arrival they gave has two complementary bottles of water.

The air conditioning was noisy during the night, but then again, the weather was very hot during our stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, quite a variety to choose from. Texas shaped waffles were one of our favourites. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

You can hear everyone walking around upstairs. Meaning the people upstairs had a young child who enjoyed running around until 1AM. Sounded like a WWE Match for the vertically challenged.

Because we checked in early, the staff might have missed the shower curtain in the bathroom. I requested for one and the staff delivered immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you!

we got there and was told I would have to contact booking. com due to their system being faulty when I booked, my room was reserved when it shouldn’t have been.

they made it right and granted 2 rooms they were sold out of suites which is what I initially booked

Queen suite supposed to have two queen beds but the bed sizes were smaller, looked like twin bed size. Didn’t get proper sleep due to smaller bed size. And breakfast was average, juice machine wasn’t working.

Convenient location, good amenities, nice overall room size, queen suite was spacious for family of 4. Didn’t explore fitness center, business center and swimming pool area so can’t comment on these amenities.

they didn’t clean the room except for the last night of a four night night stay there was garbage outside the rooms especially next door to our room for three days…Friday Saturday and Sunday they finally picked up5(3 the hallway garbage on Monday

I booked a king bed, my reservation was confirmed for a king. Our bed was a Queen. The front desk said there are no king beds on site. I would not have stayed had I known there were no king beds. 🥲

I like the extended living options and a kitchen with refrigerator. we also enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was only ok and we were there a week. The room was never cleaned and no new towels unless we asked. That includes toilet paper, tissue whatever.

There were to many homeless wandering the parking lot at night and hovering by the front entrance. There were to many homeless in the lobby. There were to many homeless having a free breakfast in the morning. Until the homeless are gone I will never stay here again.

Very nice staff and facilities. The homeless population in and around the hotel ruined my stay. Will not stay here again until the homeless are gone

Cockroaches in the room. We saw one everyday. We asked for spray and were ignored. There needs to be more than one cart for luggage. One of the benches in the breakfast room had a sticky substance like glue that needs to be removed. It is not just a matter of cleaning with a wet sponge. The poor woman that worked alone in the breakfast room everyday needed help. She couldn’t possibly keep everything stocked. Guests wiped out the coffee with their thermoses and packing lunches for themselves. Juice machines were broken.

Breakfast good except for last morning (Friday), when there was no breakfast and we had to go to another hotel across the parking lot to eat. That breakfast was not good at all.

Towels were very hard to come by. We ended up keeping our towels and washing them at the complimentary washing area. Still not horrible as i very much appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities.

The breakfast staff was fantastic. Unfortunately it was the tail end of covid so first breakfasts were ok. Once lockdown let up - we had breakfast 1 or 2 days and then "technical difficulties". It happens.

The water in the bathroom pooled on the floor. We were put in an accessible room because they had nothing else available so there was no lip between the shower and rest of the floor. We were walking through a large puddle after every shower and the floor does not slope to allow drainage We booked a queen size bed. But we were given a full-size bed. When I called to ask about the bed size, the front desk told me that the reservation does not guarantee type of bed. My husband is 6’ 2” and I’m 5’ 8”. Breakfast It was hard to get. The breakfast was located behind a whole bunch of tables and chairs. We had to wait for someone to get us everything but we couldn’t see what there was to choose from
