We were in a suite and the couch cushions were getting worn out, so sitting for a long time was a little uncomfortable. Totally not a deal breaker.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast! Great variety and very fresh!

I have been there before and found it different, bad smell on stairwells. Also last night there so much noise of teenagers-running and screaming on the 2nd floor. It was late at night and no one from the staff bothered to check and tell them this is not permitted

The room was very noisy, plus across the hall occupants had a dog that barked on and off all night. Very restless night.

Dropping the heat by a few degrees as standard would be helpful. . The breakfast could do with more fresh fruit and less processed food.
Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The lounge/breakfast room is really comfortable and welcoming. The pool is a great facility also. The cleaners are also excellent in their work.

I ended up buying cleaning supplies as I tend to find filth that others don't. And the paper products all left me wanting, so a trip to Target solves that one!
I appreciate the swimming pool, the free breakfast, the kind, helpful professional staff, the peace and quiet, and the excellent proximity to great restaurants and more.

hotel seemed a bit behind on up keep esp. halls . my sofa had a ripped cushion and mattress didn't fit frame of bed so when you sat on foot of bed you fell off as it was longer than the bed frame .

Temperature was a little warm. Furniture was worn. Chair in living room had a piece of metal sticking out.
Great service! Transportation from and to train station and even to pick up take out food. Great breakfast! Accommodated my schedule allowing me to check out later and stay in the great room until I needed to go to the train station.

There is a major trip hazard where 2 perpendicular sidewalks meet near Patriot Drive. Approx. 1-1/2" height difference, where I first stumbled, then tripped, breaking my fall with wrists & knees, then my chin. I have a slight whiplash, but I'll not file a claim. However, before someone is seriously injured, this trip hazard needs to be repaired. Also, I would have preferred a little firmer mattress. (Room 104)

Updated bathrooms
The pool and fitness center were dated, old, cracks, old flooring. The bathrooms were the same…repaired multiple times, but not well. Smallish bathroom, terrible scratchy towels.

Our bathtub in our room would not drain. It had water standing in the tub for hours as it drained. I complained to the front desk she wrote it down and they didn't come until it was time to check out that was very frustrating paying almost $200 a night. We were there for two nights and this happened the first day we were there.
The location, the cleanliness and the staff! The breakfast was really good too!

Rooms were great! It had a full sized refrigerator, a small stove top, a microwave and kitchen bar/counter and sink. The bathroom and shower were fine. The water pressure was great! Everything was clean. Breakfast knocked the stay out of the park, it was amazing, even for our picky eaters.
