There tends to be a lot of street noise early in the morning but it can be expected in NYC and being close to everything makes up for it

The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent!! You also get a free snack upon arrival which is nice. Storing luggage was a plus.

Small room for size of bed. Bed sheets need replacing, getting a bit grey and bottom sheet doesn't fit well. Shower leaked badly onto the bathroom floor. Could do with an iron. The curtain does not fit whole way across window so light gets in.

Good area. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities and water filler in reception.

Fantastic location and very quirky hotel with great little touches - super comfortable bed with separate duvets, a refillable water bottle and snacks on arrival.

The only thing that really caused me trouble is that one can get some potable water only in the lobby, which means getting dressed, having to interact with people, etc. It would be better to put water stations on every floor. Also, I was surprised there was no fridge at all - even a mini version would really help.

Everything was great – location, staff, design, bed (mattress, pillows, duvets!), cleanliness. The coffee maker in the room was nice too, and I also appreciated their sustainability efforts and the cute details all around the hotel, such as the toy dogs they put on your bed. It makes you feel like you’re staying with your friends and creates a homelike feeling.

Despite requesting an early check in 1 week before, there was not attempt to check me in early. Some level of customer sensitivity would have been good. The standard answer was the standard checkin is at 4 PM and we cannot guarantee. Atleast try.

Don’t hug the cute stuff animal dog on the bed, ours was dirty.

This property was a quick walk from the train station and close to all the action. Staff was great. Room was comfortable and had a space to put away luggage under the bed. Robes were nice. Bed was wonderful. Water bottles were complimentary with free refillable water in the lobby. We got two free flavored beverages as well. Overall great place to stay.

Room could have been warmer

Everything was where it needed to be and I had control over light and the okpineapple was perfect. The location was an easy walk to the event I was in town for, and tons of great places around to eat and drink.

Nothing within the control of the property was left to chance. It seems like they do everything possible to make their guests happy.

The staff is always helpful and go above and beyond what would be great service. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in in NYC.

Location was centrally located to Time Square and Broadway. Room was small but modern and cozy. Bathroom was modern. Free drink (non-alcoholic) at check in and yummy cookies in the lobby.

I did find a piece of dog hair in one of the blankets since this is a dog friendly accommodation.

My room was a little tighter than the last time I stayed. They didn't have the wonderful pineapple cookies they usually give out.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great. The room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I had a great night view from my window.
