Too pricey for food at restaurant, not having room service options, enough space for clothing….great place yes for a day or two….but probably not staying again.

Waited over 2 hours for our car upon departure - valet!!

Loved the location! Fantastic! Walked to Rockefeller Center, our play, Wicked, Nobu 57...very convenient. Staff was amazing - especially the Bell Team " Dave" and "Dino"!

It was so packed every day that the front desk forgot to call us to say our room was ready, so we waited, walking around from around 10 am until almost 5 pm when we went back and asked if they possibly had our rooms ready. It was another shift of staff, so they passed the blame. It wasn't terrible weather out walking, but for the price, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail from the front desk.

The location was very good for tourists wanting to visit Time Square.

The temperature, it was very dry air and no phone reception. They overcharged me and if I didn’t catch the issue, I would have been very upset but it was fixed.

Limited menu for breakfast. Air conditioning sound was annoying. The extra mandatory facilities that we had to pay for, but did not use.

Pretty archaic checkout system. Had to checkout by standing in line at front desk. Restaurant has very limited choices and is very expensive (yes, I realize it’s New York).

No bathrobes or slippers which wasn’t great, we went around Christmas and the ques to check in / out was crazy. Not sure if it’s normally like that or it was cause of the time of the year but the lobby isn’t big so that didn’t help. Nights were pretty noisy because of Time Square but what do you expect.

Lovely new hotel, the bed was amazingly comfortable I could’ve stayed in it all day. Our room had a good view. Staff were kind and helpful which is always great

We were upset and disappointed in their restaurant, Hi Ball. We got there like 9:30 . I mean, it was Xmas Eve. But still, it was not really busy. People were leaving already. Service was horrible for us to get anything. Even our drinks or to even order. They did try to be as nice as possible.

The hotel was great, our first time there. Beautiful place, our room was great and awesome view of right in time Square. Thanks, and I will definitely be back.

Instead of getting home at zero dark thirty after a show, we opted to stay overnight at Tempo by Hilton Times Square. It was perfect for us - the location can't be beat, especially if you are attending a show and/or doing a lot of things on the West Side in the theater district. They honored our request for a quiet room away from the elevators and any vending/ice/water machines. The staff was wonderful - everyone (reception, elevator area, street front entrance (you need to take the elevator to the 11th floor for check-in)) -- was super friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was comfy. The drapes and shears (push a button for up and down) kept out the city lights. We are very happy we decided to stay overnight after our show.

The room rate was very high, but it was during the UNGA in New York and they had the most reasonable price compared to others around. I am a New Yorker now living in the DC area and have a "keep out" policy when it comes to Times Square. The hotel is right in the middle of Times Square which is good for business but as someone who has made every effort to stay away from the area, it was a little hard to enjoy it. It's not the hotel's fault though - just a personal preference.

The lobby where you check in was a bit tight so when everyone is checking in at the same time can creat a bit of a chaos but it wasn’t that bad!

The location is fantastic and the hotel room was more spacious than we thought considering where the location was. I thought that the fact the lobby was on the 11th floor which meant our room will be much higher would be a problem since I have a bit of a fear of heights but it was so nice and comfortable I didn’t feel a thing. Also didn’t hear any noise from the street which is a major plus. Definitely recommend.

Everything was top notch.

It was the best!!! The doormen were so helpful, the elevator button pushers was great, the front desk was always fantastic and the hotel itself was clean safe and in good shape. The location can not be beat!!! A+++++
