We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAlthough there are a ton restaurants nearby and the hotel did not mind you bringing back food to the hotel, it would be nice to have a small cafe of some sorts inside the hotel. Or, the hotel could have something set up where you can grab a small bite or snack in the hotel. My wife and I still enjoyed our stay! The noise outside sometimes was evident, however eventually when we dosed off to sleep we were fine.
The Professionalism and the Hospitality of the Staff, CLEANLINESS!, NO PETS, Refreshing tea and water drinks in the lobby, the Location of Hotel, Outdoor settings, Keurig machine with variety of pods, available water bottles, etc. helped make our stay pleasurable. The Staff was available at any time to assist you if you needed help finding places to go to or if you needed something for your room.

SwitzerlandOnly downside was they did not clean the room everyday, like normal hotels. If you want it cleaned, you have to request it each time.
Location. The big comfy bed and big shower were great! The coffee/tea machine in the room. The fancy Japanese style toilet was funny but maybe unnecessary. The room was quiet, which was nice. Beautiful furniture. The lobby is gorgeous! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!

Of course some things work different than expected, but in general I don’t think that any other hotel could have provided a better place to enjoy my vacation and serve me with all the conveniences I needed in a city that never sleeps.
This hotel to me was the perfect choice for a one-week-stay to explore New York City. Right at the pulse of Midtown Manhatten with a central subway station two blocks away, I was given all the comfort I needed. Customer care at the front desk, friendly smiles, free beverages, clean, tidy and modern interior, technically fully up-to-date. Fully recommend and will return there the next time for sure!

Beautiful hotel with warm staff and great room/hotel services. The rooms were clean, modern and fresh. We will definitely be back anytime we are visiting NYC. No pool but the garden was cute. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will recommend to anyone.

Very good location. Few minutes walk from Grand Central station. All attractions are close by as well. Facility is very new. Rooms are very well equipped. Bathroom is spacious. Gym is small but good enough for basic training and some cardio.

United KingdomNothing. We didn't have a single complaint. If we needed anything we could speak to the team or simply order it through the TV.
Fantastic location with the Rockefeller less that 3-4 mins walk away and Grand Central 5 mins away. Empire State, Times Square and Central Park are 10-15 mins away. It's in the middle of everything but on a slightly quieter street so ticks all boxes. Rooms are big for NYC incredibly comfortable and really well equipped. The thing that really makes this hotel a 10/10 is the staff. Amazingly friendly people. They learn your names, give loads of great tips and are always there to help. When we checked out we didn't even have to ask for baggage storage and a taxi, they knew what we needed and gave estimates on journey times on a Friday at 315pm and sorted it all for us. It's a great base for any New York holiday/adventure. Would definitely recommend.
