Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Would like an official breakfast sit down.
All staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable. Loved the tavern, food and drink were fantastic.

We loved the bar and restaurant that was attached. The area itself is quiet but not far from downtown Orlando that had some more bars to explore. The room was very big and a great shower. The hotel itself was very quiet which worked well for us.

We could hear everything outside and Nextdoor.
I loved how modern the hotel was. It was very clean and the staff was great.

ALL, staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the front desk to the maintenance staff. The restaurant and bar was fantastic,great food and cocktails. The outdoor sitting area was fantastic. I can’t stress enough how much that everyone at the hotel wanted your stay to be memorable.

Apparently you need to request having your room serviced...which they didn't mention at check in. Not a great drama except the lack of a coffee in bed as a result...
Really convenient for where we needed to be. Loved the room - spacious airy and comfortable. Great little details such as the $6 breakfast croissant to go from the lobby.

I didn’t have a great view like the photos. But that’s no one’s fault. I was facing the parking garage.
It was a beautiful property. Staff was nice and gave useful information about the hotel. My room was great. Nice and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was good too. I ordered room service for breakfast. It was delivered timely.

Absolutely nothing.
I am real fan of this hotel. Years ago we had a great stay with my family, now I came back with my daughter. We got a very nice room with 2 queen size beds. We were happy to see everything was as good as 4 years ago. Superb beds, stylish room and the bathroom is gigantic. Clean and everything without any wear and tear. Located on the side of the hotel the room was very quite. This hotel has a good vibe, one that is different from all those places that are part of the usual brands and chains. The restaurant was delivered too and was top notch. So yes. This place is consistent. If you want to stay in Orlando and stay away from the park resort hotels, go for this one.

We stayed in town for a Magic game and the walk and Uber were a bit more than I expected but if you are in town for the hospital you are directly across the street.
The property was exceptionally clean! Immaculate really. Shower was beautiful, amenities were great.

The room we had was on the street across from the hospital, sirens were heard most of the time despite sound proof windows. To be fair they didn’t keep me up at night I think after midnight the ambulances turned there sirens off as arriving to the hospital. Would request a room on the other side of the building next time.

Unfortunately the bar doesn’t open until late morning so breakfast needs to be sourced elsewhere. My room overlooked the road which was a little noisy. There is also a helicopter pad on top of the medical centre directly opposite which was very loud at various times of the night.
Room was large, well equipped and very smart. Bar does excellent food. Large car park next door and easy access to the I4.

I wish they would’ve had breakfast and a little bit more of an indoor lounge space. So that I could make calls when it was a bit windy outside.
I loved the location, very easy to get into after a long day of flying. I also loved their outdoor space and everyone was so welcoming.

The location was not good. There is a hospital just across the hotel and you hear ambulance, helicopter all the time. Walls are not very sound-proof. Each time people closed their doors, I woke up.
People at frontdesk were very helpful. there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. beds are very comfortable. new, clean bathrooms. large, modern rooms
