Room was large, very nice. Surprised there was no paper towels or napkins of any type in room. I had surgery on my face it was just a basic needs stay, but we brought food in and would have liked a napkin. We did not call for anything, so I'm sure they could have brought it up along with ice. But just wanted to eat and sleep. Otherwise room was good.

The rooms were very big (grading on a curve for Manhattan) and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have liked a shower cubicle rather than bath with shower, but that’s personal preference. The lighting could have been better in the living area, especially near the mirror, the furniture was a bit old fashioned - I’m clutching!

Great location, close to Central Park and Bloomingdales. Nice big room, like a little apartment. Comfortable beds, great nights sleep. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. $10 credit per day per room which we used for water & juice.

The pictures depict a much cleaner, fresher accommodation with a lot of extras (e.g vases, ornaments, paintings, flowers etc) whereas we were rather shocked at first view of the apartment as it was a dated, stripped back version of the marketing of the hotel. Bathroom chipped, carpet looked dirty and furniture dull. For £465 (British pounds) a night we expected more. Kitchen was missing a toaster and a kettle!

The apartment was really spacious, beds comfy and we loved having a kitchenette and space to sit to eat. Loved the neighbourhood, we didn’t want to be near Times Square so this was close enough, plus safe and quieter. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the communal room with free coffee, and being able to store luggage and use the restroom to freshen up before evening departure.

I didn’t really like the fact that I upgraded to a bigger room and I informed Danny I would pay cash but he took it out of my account, haha I had saved the cash all week and we where informed the last day that we could have had 10dollars per day for complimentary drinks, other than that the service was excellent.

I liked the warm Welcome from staff. The Location was perfect for a family of four females , age ranging from 71 yrs to 13yrs and 1 boy 17yrs old, Rooms was cleaned daily, your chambermaid certainly had there work cut out with our room Thank you.

Decor and furnishings a bit dated, overpriced for the quality. Lack of any communal facilities aside from a small lounge with a coffee machine and gym. A bar or larger lounge/lobby would make a big difference.

We were not able to control the temperature in the room. The heat worked but not the air conditioning. The room was very warm even when we shut off the heat so had to keep the windows open throughout our five night stay which helped but unfortunately let in all the noise from the street below which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also, I have stayed here at least twice a year over the last ten years and the bathrooms are always an issue. Bad water pressure and the tubs are badly chipped. I wish they would update the bathrooms a bit.

Hotel looks outdated, carpets on a floor makes it look dirty. Windows are singleglazed, so you can hear every noise from the street: cars, construction noise. No ventilation in a bathroom. In my opinion it is overpriced.

We loved the neighborhood, close to Central Park, walkable to most of attractions in Manhattan. Supermarket around the corner and you can make your own breakfast in a kitchen. WiFi was good. Room is quite big, so it was enough space for 4 of us. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. A lot of socket outlets, which was convenient for a family of 4.
