Everything but particularly the courtyard and drawing room reserved for guests , and the lovely pool.

it's currently having a new way of development and if the warm hospitality could come back it could be great, because I was use to say that we feel home at The Greenwich but not anymore and if this charm disappears it's a shame.

The hotel is still an amazing cocoon to stay.

it’s a bit expensive! and the entrance is not that visible

the deco was amazing! and they had details like filling up every day a basket with snacks for free which we found to be a very nice treat ☺️

Toilet in bath are too low from 50's lol need to upgrade to comfort height I'm 6'3" and was not comfortable no coffeee & tea maker in the room definitely a big negative

I wish I had been asked for an option on what amenities I would have preferred in my room (I had no courtyard view and no bathtub even though the room I booked did offer that). That said, I should've also asked for it upon checking in (I did request it on Booking.com, however).

Phenomenal hotel. Perhaps my new all time favorite in NYC. Rooms are exceptionally large for a NYC hotel, staff was stellar and incredibly kind, fabulous check in process, food was great, lounge was marvelous. It's a slice of Europe tucked away in the middle of Manhattan. The courtyard is epic. It's almost like the hotel is soundproof -- I didn't hear a peep of street noise. The halls and walkways are almost spiritual. Had I only had time for the spa -- anything Japanese inspired is sure to be incredible!

The one night we wanted to have a drink before we went out for dinner, we were unable to as the bar in the restaurant was full as was the drawing room. We were offered the lounge outside the drawing room but that was empty and lacked atmosphere so we went elsewhere which was disappointing. We appreciated that the hotel was busy and we were pleased for the team and they did their best to accommodate us but facilities were limited.

We loved the coziness and ambience of The Grenwhich and the staff are a delight. The couldn’t be more helpful. We loved the drawing too with the open fire. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel and ate locally but the menu looks lovely. The location of the hotel is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The gym is great and we always got in when we wanted.

A world class hotel. Fantastic place to stay. Only wished I’d booked it for longer. Special mention to Travis on the front desk for being so helpful. Cant wait to stay again.

Limited hours for pool surprises me, and cheap it is not:-)

Spectacular hotel that is an incredibly comfortable experience for the guest with an outstanding gym and pool, incredibly comfortable common areas and well appointed rooms.

The mattress was really hard....

The hotel is fantastic....extremely unique. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel is phenomenal...We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
