The maze-type of layout of the hotel, but we learned it within a day.

The apartment was perfect for our family with 3 little kids and a baby. Very nice looking and clean. The water park seemed fun, unfortunately it rained both days we stayed. We enjoyed the other activities like the arcade, karaoke, and crafts/play room.

No kettle in the room, when I asked for one I received one where you heat water on the gas stove, not an electric plug in. Could have had another bed change and clean towels. Apartment wasn't dirty but could have been cleaner ie shelves and drawers dusted, windows cleaned, patio furniture too dusty to use.

Fantastic facilities, kids loved the different pools. Staff were friendly and arranged a later check out even though they were extremely busy..

This was our second stay and we were in a different building. There were scratches in the furniture and the drawers didn’t close. There were slamming holes in the shade so it let sunshine in too early.

Water park and pools are great. Friendly staff. Great location. Close to Disney and lots of restaurants.

Prices at the market on site was extremely expensive. Also we found that the lazy river was dirty. Preferred the pool by the hotel.

One of the beds was far to soft, the mattress needed replacing (the other ones were great). The kitchen was well equipped for eating, less so for cooking. This worked for our needs but good to know.

The quality and size of the rooms was amazing and gave us the space we needed for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool. Parking was super efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly. The on-site shop was expensive but handy to pick up small things and there’s shops not to far away.

Bugs in my room, not bed bugs but the small roaches I only saw 3 but I was worried about taking them back with me. It would have been nice to have a few more rags and towels but overall it was wonderful.

The wild life signs made us a little nervous but I understand this is Florida and snakes and alligators are a part of it :) Also the drinks and food were very overpriced-food quality was very good though.

Clean and spacious and very beautiful, great location. Beds were very comfortable, the apartments are gorgeous and very clean.

when we were checking in the woman at the front desk was a bit stand offish and not really what you'd expect at this type of resort. She seemed annoyed. Also the drinks at the bar by the pools always charged a different price every time we went for drinks, (getting the same drinks)

Room needs attention - the view from our room on the 2nd floor allowed us to see some of the roof below & saw a burnt rat through the master bedroom window and on the 2nd room view there was a burnt bird. There was an annoying beep in the room on our first night, security came but could not figure out what it was. Hours later I noticed it came from the dishwasher! Finally turned it off & was able to sleep the next night. Dinner at the grille took 2 hours when it was just 4 of us & ordered simple meals like mahi mahi tacos & chicken sandwiches. Food was ok, staff seemed over worked but very friendly & professional at all times.

Pool area was good & the kiddie splash area was very nice - Pool was very cloudy & not sparkling as in pictures. Check in was very good & Ashley Kentucky provided amazing customer service. Very professional & exceptional service!

There are too many added on extra fees. It would be beneficial to your customers if these fees were already reflected in the face price of the suite/room when searching the website for rooms in customer price range.

Breakfast buffet at the Valencia was very good. A bit pricey though.

When you would call down to the front desk, it would take a while to get what you called for sometimes.

Very close to all the Disney parks. Very clean! Perfect place for our 3 young children and a lot to do.

It’s a bit confusing to get from point to point coming from pools and buildings and trying to find elevators. Our room was clean, however the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well at all. We cooked and ate in the room and didn’t have enough dishes. Only one butter knife and not enough flatware for our group. We also didn’t have a baking sheet or a cutting board. The dryer was also very slow to dry clothes no matter what setting we had it on.

I liked the location. Loved the room space.

Fully equipped two bed room apartment with all what we need including laundry machine. The rooms are large, each with bathroom.
