The view from our room was really bad and they started drilling at 8am because our room was facing the back of another building and they were trying to fix something on another building.

It was so convenient and the rooms were such a good size. The rooftop bar was stunning! And the concierge Stephanie was absolutely lovely - she was beyond amazing and we are so grateful to her for advising what we should do in New York.

few negative 1- deposit of a $150 each night is a lot!! And it can take up to a week go back onto your card 2- no hair dryer or tea or coffee in the room 3 - The roof top bar lift, was told we could use it to get to our room but every time was told to use another lift even tho it was free and no one waiting - Annoying

The hotel is in a great location just off Times Square only a min walk away Plus you can see the new year ball from the roof top bar ( currently under development at the min the new year ball tho) Overall had a good time at the hotel, not sure I would call it “ 5 star more 4

Would probably choose a somewhat quieter part of town next visit.

Staff, especially concierges, were excellent—very helpful with restaurant reservations and friendly. Maid service twice a day. Area (Times Square) is very central, close to theatres, but also very loud. Hotel does a surprisingly good job of blocking out the noise. Breakfast was good, albeit expensive.

On arriving into the room, the adjoining door to the next suite was open - albeit, it was not vacated. The colour scheme in the room didn't look anything like the photos on the website - very disappointing. The room appeared dark.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful, and arranged transport from the hotel to the airport. The roof bar was a bonus, although a little pricey.

There seemed to be an issue with the frosted bathroom door. We had a curtain but could never get the glass door to move in room 826.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from Moynahan Train Station, walk to dinner, walk to our broadway show, and walk to breakfast

Elevator service was not good. Too small and not enough of them. The windows not opening and the bathroom not having a shade to block out the bright light in the morning.

Our room was in the third floor, so the terrible noise of the busy streets was audible in the room. The window of our room was so little. Actually we expected some view in a hotel so close to Time Square. We didn't see almost anything, not even the house in front of our room, The room had minibar, but empty, there was not even a coffee machine. The elevators were slow, so we had to wait for the elevators a lot. The wallet was extremely expensive, and the normal time to get your car was over an hour.

The location of the hotel can not be better. Practically on Time Square. The room was ok. The bad is comfortable. we loved the roof bar, unfortunately the weather didn't help. The staff was helping and friendly.

Whole key system was down throughout our stay which was very disruptive since we had 3 rooms not near each other and two young children going back and forth. It meant we had to leave our rooms open when with others in another room.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good.

Room was spacious, and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Location of hotel was superb. Room was serviced each day.

The water flow in the shower was very, very weak, in addition the shower itself does not match a 5 star hotel.. The elevators worked slowly I waited for the elevator sometimes 5 minutes

The phone to call front desk didn’t work . They told us to use our cell phone but that was not convenient because we couldn’t get through to front desk.

No restrooms in the lobby - have to wait for the lift to go to 4th floor.

Amazing location. You literally turn the corner and are on time square but its just the right amount away from it to not be bombarded by the craziness of time square. Shout out to the amazing concierge - so helpful to me trying to get around New York for the first time and with not a lot of time to play with since it was a stop over onto London
