Balcony furniture could have done with a clean/tidy, but only a small thing, overall a lovely hotel. I found the F train subway slightly less regular than other lines.

Lovely bar and lounge area, super friendly and helpful staff and comfy bedroom. Bit of outside noise but I was in quite a low room, so if city noise bothers you then I’d go for room on a high floor. Had a balcony which was brilliant! Great area with lots of food/drink/entertainment offer but outside of the midtown tourist area. Five minutes from the subway.

There was a small leak where you would hang the toilet paper. Which resulted in the toilet paper to get wet. I removed the toilet paper and left it on the sink in a clean dry space.

Heating is horrendous, the air conditioning is louder that anything I have ever heard in my life. Unfortunately, as it has warmed the air only temporarily, like AC-s do, i had to use it almost all night. Room is indeed tiny, my stuff has been all over the place and it was just 1 person. No room for the suitcase, no wardrobe to put clothes in. In the mornings, the smell from the kitchen has infiltrated the room and the corridor. Bathroom did not look like the one on the picture, it was a slightly different room.

I particularly chose this room for the view and the great neighborhood, and hotel met my expectation there.I really liked the ambiance of the hotel overall.Room was very quiet, great soundproofing. Nespresso machine was a plus. Toiletries are of good quality. TV/screensharing worked perfectly.

Nothing to dislike

Loved the urban style of the hotel, stylish, fashionable with an industrial edge. The room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and divine pillows. The bathroom was modern with a bath that could fit two and a perfect walk in shower. The staff were amazing and hats off to the housekeeping team who made the room up impeccably every day. I will definitely be back. Loved The Ludlow ❤️

The Skybox room was lovely with amazing views! We felt so cozy and the bathtub was extra luxurious. Wonderful place to stay for part of our honeymoon!

Too much staff in the restaurant Dirty French, but it's not managed by the hotel. Nobody seems to know who is in charge of what. And as a result you don't know who to talk to. But food is great and the hotel as well so no big thing, just minor thing to improve.

In the hotel everything just perfect..! Love the rooms, the bathroom, the gym, the location.

The room was undoubtedly crammed, though still perfect given the location, our fave amenities mentioned above, and the service.

We absolutely loved the skybox loft, the bathtub and the mini balcony! We also enjoyed our robes, and slippers. The view was absolutely beautiful and not to mention the service. Our experience was perfect.

They had everything you need. Toothpaste, wireless phone charger, qtips and bathrobes. The shampoos and lotions were of excellent quality. They had a chromecast on the television that was easy to use.

A modest complaint- having better coffee creamer for the in room coffee maker would have been great, as would having morning coffee in the lobby.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. There were plugs by each side of the bed, a nice seating area and the room was very quiet., The management also responded to our requests- ie, putting bubble bath in our room.

There was nothing not to like. I liked everything.

I loved the room, the bar/lobby lounge area and the service. I was comfortable - the staff was very pleasant, nice, prompt and professional. When I come back to New York, I’ll be staying here!
