Wish we had time to stay longer! What a comfortable home!!

The property manager was wonderful! Super helpful when we realized Booking.com had not sent us the proper code for entry/. Shanta sent the correct code quickly. Only hiccup of the entire stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean and filled with a sense of home, pictures does it no justice, like the Grand Canyon, gotta see it for yourself.

Mattress upgrade in main BR would make it pretty perfect.

Such a comfortable and welcoming home. Nice touches with box of Krispy Kremes and bottle of wine. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved access to garage to park my car.

Really nothing , It Has smart TVs with Streaming, It's not what we were used to but That's ok, We didn't go to Memphis to watch TV 😊

It was everything I expected, I read all the previous reviews to help make my decision to stay there and they were positive, It was very convenient to Graceland and the Freeway, It was Clean, and Comfortable, The neighborhood was Lovely and Quiet, In my opinion far Superior to a Hotel, Thank You for offering such a wonderful place.

Very spacious and comfortable house. Excellent location for visiting Graceland and easy to get into central Memphis driving or using Uber. A welcome gift of wine and donuts was a nice touch

The thermostat was a little foreign to us. It didn't stay at temperature you set it at the whole time. It was extremely hot in Memphis, the days we were there. However, it was still comfortable. Everything was really great. Also, having access to garage was great, so car stayed cool. Beautiful place.

The neighborhood was nice looking. The house was huge. There was enough rooms for everyone, to do their own thing. The piano was a great touch! Kitchen set up was awesome! Very comfortable and spacious. Master bedroom, was insane. The size of the bathroom was unbelievable! Other rooms were great. I wish it would have been cooler outside, because the backyard was pretty great. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return.

The house and neighborhood was nice. The rooms are large with plenty of space to relax or entertain family and friends. The owner responded quickly when I initially couldn't find the key code to get into the house. She was very pleasant and once we walked in you could tell that she was 'hosting' even though she wasn't present. The house was bigger than expected, but laid out and decorated to give it a cozy feeling. The primary bedroom is large with a huge bath. The other bedrooms are good size too. If stopping in Memphis again, this would be the first place to check availability.

Perfect Location for Graceland. Situated in a safe, clean, neighbourhood watch area. The photos don't do the house justice, the place is huge, the kitchen is well stocked and the welcome basket was a lovely treat. Supermarket and take-away restaurants nearby Easy drive into Memphis which took about 10mins

Loved the location!! Very comfortable and had everything you would need. Everyone in my party had the own room and bathroom. Stayed nice and cool and never ran out of hot water.

Can't think of anything other than Marlow's restaurant doesn't pick you up in the pink limo for residential areas. Otherwise, everything was great.

We did not eat breakfast at the location. We received an email with key codes that were sent through an email and I was able to speak to a representative when we arrived at the mini mansions. We brought a few breakfast items, snacks and drinks for the mini mansions. We ate at Marlow's, Vernon's and another cafe on Beale Street. We will definitely plan another trip in the future. Thank you so much.

NO convenience stores within walking distance. however there was within a 5 minute drive.

The unit was clean and well equipped with utensils and towels, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The showers were a good size. TV's galore. The kitchen was well equipped. Being able to park in the garage was a bonus. The location was close to Graceland so was very convenient for us. Judging by the security it may not be in the best area, all though we did not have any problems, nor did we see or hear anything to cause us concern. Yes I would recommend this unit to friends and family, especially larger groups of 4-8 persons.

Mini Mansion was like being at home! it was so nice and clean! it was well furnished and lacked nothing! Everything was perfect! We meet our kids in Memphis about 4 times a year. this was our first time at Mini Mansion ! We decided when we left we never want to stay anywhere else ! It is wonderful !
