Breakfast was a sad grab and go affair. Not worth it.

The staff was awesome. The room was great! It has a great location, has comfortable bed, a good size, especially for NYC, and even a wonderful city view.

I paid for a room with a view, and I was very disappointed to see the bricks of the back of another building… They also say they can’t serve a true breakfast because of COVID, but it seems like an excuse to save money on customers. But as for the other hotels around Times Square, they can charge a lot and not meet the expectations, as they will always find people to book rooms !

The room was really comfy, with a lot of space. The bed was truly amazing, and the location was good.

No bar, no restaurant, breakfast served in a brown bag. It consisted of prepacket muffins, bagels. No toaster to toast bagels. No butter or jams. Yoghurt or a piece of fruit. All cold, very poor. This was not highlighted in my booking. Restaurant on site was also closed down.

Location to Times Square was fantastic. Lovely comfortable bed. Shower hot and powerful. Staff very nice.

The room wasn’t really cleaned, the robe had hair all over it. The breakfast was just muffins, cold bagels, and cereal. The bathroom faucets leaked whenever you turned them on. The room I received was not what I paid for. I wanted a view and my view was the back of the buildings. I had a full size bed instead of a queen. I would have done better with chain hotel.

Location was good and the staff was wonderful

You have to enter through the Millenium Broadway hotel, crossing though the Hudson theatre after 11pm.

Ideally located near Times Square with access to all the hop on hop off bus stops. Room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast is grab-and-go, which is fine, but it would be nice to have some place to sit in the mezzanine area. One curtain in my room wouldn’t close fully (blocked by fire sprinkler), which would normally be fine, except for the really bright lights shining in from Times Square. Staff were courteous, but often unavailable in the evenings.

In general, the property was comfortable. It was clean, updated, and the bed was soft. It is very conveniently located near Times Square, so good if you are visit for events in the area.

This hotel used to have a free cocktail hour but no longer. The one-hour free cocktail time, 5-6 pm nightly, of wine or water with lemon was a great benefit and socially appealing as well. The breakfast used to be much more elaborate and the space to eat was more accommodating with tables and chairs. Now, all the food, though tasty, is wrapped in plastic and you have to take your breakfast to your room to eat. The room is still there where the tables and chairs were_ but it's empty. Also, no stopper for the bathtub drain even when I called down to the desk. Wound up putting a wash cloth in the tub drain to keeo the water in the tub.

The location was perfect for our plans. The theatre where we had our show tickets was in the lobby! We ate ate a restaurant across the street for dinner (Virgil's) and breakfast and lunch three doors down (Une, Deux, Trois Café) on the same side of the street. The bathtub and separate shower were wonderful. Plenty of hot water even on the 14th floor where we were.
